I still don't understand the scoring for flavours. If the game wants 1 red, and you have 2 red do you get 1 flavour correct, or do you have too much flavour so no flavours correct? So do you get 1 point or no points?

You'd get the point for having the red. The extra wouldn't give you anything else.
