You put the spring in a different hole on the governor arm. ( I know, that hole you put it in looked like it had more wear, so was probably the original location.)
Great information. Your camera work needs attention. A lot of shaking, wandering around and I couldn't see the volt meter needle in your video, all blurry.
@@jaywealthmechanics9285 You have a great camera. You might need someone else to do the shooting while you do the talking and pointing. Or maybe you can make a camera stand. Be patient. After the take, look at your video and see if it is what you want it. If not, try again. Keep it up and soon you will be making beautiful videos. It ain't easy. To see some great photographers look at SV Delos, they are amazing (great underwater stuff). Itchyboots (does it all while riding a motorbike) is amazing. But your instructional videos just need a steady hand and maybe a little storyboard scene planning. Good luck.
What could be the reason for the voltmeter power fluctuations? It produces a low current for a while, then a high current later. It continues for a while before it stabilizes.

Hello mate i have a very similar generator, the spring broke on mine but the generator still runs at good RPM and the electricity coming out is fine. I'm worried i might be over running it since it doesn't lower the RPM when there is less Power requirement because from the sound of it its running at 100%. Should i go out and get replacement spring?
Hi bro , my generator 2200w is vibrating with sound of high and low as shown in the video but the current is still 220 and I cleaned the carburetor with cleaner but making the high and low sound , what can be done to it ?
My generator voltage is high to the maximum and I have try and reduce it with the regulator spring but it doesn’t reduce still very high, please what can I do ?
@@nworaanyika8863 my guess, it's probably not getting enough fuel, service the carburetor or adjust the fuel supply screw on the carburetor as a temporary solution

Yes. The springs need to be changed every few years, as they will cause running issues when they lose strength, get rusted out or deformed.

Yes go and get the spring.. because the generator might not power some of your home appliances, if is not there.
