- Today I show you how to quickly cook a Christmas turkey. In this video I will show you how to defrost, prepare and cook a turkey to perfection in just 30 minutes. Usually turkeys take days to defrost and hours to cook - not anymore! Forgot to take your turkey out the freezer a few days before Christmas? No problem!
