Wow! This was so interesting.
I live in Japan and have an avocado tree I planted from seed. It’s probably about 45ft tall and 15 years old. Unfortunately the fruit are never tasty and the seeds seem a bit too big. I keep hoping for a guacamole party every year but it’s yet to happen. Que lastima!
What an amazing harvest you had. So jealous ❤❤

I tried Saffron...i recommend you do a test crop! It is pretty tedious!
