These cars sell like crazy when done right. My brother and I bought a EK civic hatch for $4k. Had a full B18C Type R Swap with an LSD trans. It was in rough exterior and interior condition. We took apart and detailed the whole interior, dyed the carpet black, did Suede headliner, painted all the door panels black, and it was MINT. The exterior got a full clay bar and paint correction done by me. We then wrapped it Nardo Grey and put it up for sale for $7k (which we thought was a longshot, but we really liked the car and didn't really plan on selling it). Same day it was posted, we got a buyer that met up with us the next day and offered 6900 since the radio wasn't working. Boom, sold, and done. This was mid 2020, but now I believe we could've got $10k (in this inflated market) for the car because that swap alone sells for $5-6K. Car had buddy club coilovers, new continental tires, and some replica TE37s, hondata s300, vtec controller, and whole lotta other goodies. It was a fast beautiful car.

98-02 Accords are slept on pretty hard. Just mind the front subframe especially since you're in a place where winter is obnoxious. They tend to rust easily.
I'd love to see a TSX build I have one of my own that I'm building up and I'd love to see what you can do with a car like it (I have the 06 and I'm in love with it! 😂
