- Does Manila, Philippines have an aquarium? Yes! There is an awesome aquarium called the Manila Ocean Park in the Manila Bay. We had a blast going there as a family. The fish were amazing. There was such a great variety and so many different sizes. There are different sections of the aquarium, each a fun and engaging way to discover. It is a great aquarium for any age.
