Emotional support junk!!!! Girl. Brand that. I’m stealing it. That’s exactly what it is. Also, you should see Baguette vibing on these chairs. She likes to stretch out on the big chair in front of the pillow and lounge like she’s a model when I’m not sitting in it. The best part of it all.

I love the jungle vibe. It transforms the space in such a dramatic way. I have a leopard outfit, a zebra outfit and a tiger outfit. All the accessories match the theme including the shoes. It would be so much fun to have a jungle mural. Yours looks so good. Also great are the deep velvet chairs. And the leaf place mats with the basket are sheer genius. As always, this video is a learning experience.
I am definitely in my jungle print era. So I very much approve.

I HAVE THAT SAME BASKET!! But in a slightly smaller size. It is the cutest. Love this video - I really want to put up a mural in my bedroom, but wallpaper is not allowed in my apartment, so your method seems like it could overcome that issue. I love also love Baguette - she is adorable and particularly loved the part where you and your sister had to wait to see what she was going to do vis-à-vis the wallpaper. I knew that experience deep in my soul bc of my two cats who are *very* involved in everything I do!
Cats are the most “helpful” of all the helpers! Haha. I still laugh that someone said they’d stop watching if I kept including my cat in videos. Also, I so encourage this wallpaper hack. And I might want to order even more of the baskets. They’re so great! #baskettwins

The end result is gorgeous. I love the wallpaper, the blue velvet chairs, the tiger pillows…. All gorgeous. And the leaf placements just tie it all together.

Experiencing great wallpaper envy right now. That room really was transformed! Although I liquid starched a burgundy colored jungle themed fabric panel in my greige living room just a few weeks ago 😂, this is a league on its own. BTW, I also used starch to transform ugly formica dorm room chairs and doors, and it looked great. MVP, that starch ☺️

I'd love to be described as someone with soft, feminine curves, but the masculine energy of a dictator. Also, brilliant idea with the basket. A lid! Wild concept! I have a decorative tray that just had some candles at one point, that is now just brimming with junk! Which means I also get to go basket shopping.

Wow, fantastic, spectacular, STUNNING makeover! Your laundry starch hack is utter genius - so awesome it worked with the heavy vinyl panels. (Where are the laundry starch people to sponsor you?!? Your hack uses tons of their product - otherwise people buy one bottle and use a bit at a time until it starts to smell funny). And the chairs match beautifully with your existing table. Great to see Ingrid again, and Baguette’s photo bomb was priceless!😂

love the mural! the application of elements from extra mural to hide and enhance, was awesome! i was kind of hoping the starch was going to pop and flow like champagne in a music video but still so funny!! the graphics did camouflage the other satellite wall elements but maybe could have just wallpapered over the top vent to stick it 2 da h8ters (jk) i have seen double sided tape and using contact paper with wallpaper, even drilling pre-wallpapered panels, but not liquid starch; i like it!
I will work on my own line of champagne-popping starch 😂 There are def so many ways to do wallpaper, but liquid starch is the best and most low damage in my opinion!
Best dining room/nook I've seen in a very long time! I might have predictably gone with forest green velvet chairs, but you made that royal blue work. I'm smitten with that tiger pillow - I stopped watching and ordered it on the spot:)! Any shade of pink, from hot pink to seashell to anything in between for the chairs would have given it (again) a completely different vibe. The way that you made that wallpaper mural work despite all the non-working electrical outlets and a cubby in a truly unfortunate spot, right dab in the center - BRILLIANT! Great furniture choices and I gotta say that basket is indeed another inspired choice - snake dancing basket - did you stencil a cobra on it? I'll go look at your video later. You have me rethinking my dining room furniture. Love the wallpaper - I think you just pushed me over the edge, I may do a similar mural and move my new gallery wall into the hallway - oh boy. I do envy you that gorgeous kitty - thanks for the inspiration!

My house is very formal. My furniture is also very formal. I like it that way and it suits me and my husband's job. ( We hosts very formal dinners). But for some reason I LOVE THIS!!!! I am surprise that I do, but I love the wallpaper and those chairs. Everyrhing looks great!❤

If you’re outside the US and can’t get the starch, I tested some of the spray starch for ironing to do this with spoon flower samples and it worked.
Using the spray was also easier to attach. You need to spray on the wall and the paper, and then spray the edges. You would need one can per roll, I think, but my samples stayed up for months and came off super easy.
I am so happy to hear this!!!! I’ve seen spray starch and been so curious if it would work the same.
(Notice me senpai 😂) yeah, I was trying to figure out how I can do it in Australia because they don’t sell liquid starch here. You can also make liquid starch with starch powered heated in water, which would be much cheaper if you have a big project. Starch powders is harder to get but like, $6 AUD a bag plus water and pots you already own, against $6-8 AUD per can for ironing starch.

Although, to be honest, it is sold in very few places here as no one is starching their clothes anymore. 😂 I saw DIY Dahlia make a similar renter-friendly concoction with corn starch, I think. Should I run out of suppliers some day, I will have to make it! But this is great to hear. ❤️❤️❤️

OMG! This makes my day. Tbh, a huge reason I started the channel was because I couldn’t find any maximalist content! I love my RUclips girls, but we need color & pattern & cats who steal on-screen time. This is exactly what inspires me to do this. ❤️😘❤️😘❤️
One of my favourite thing about maximalism is that cats and dogs (and baboons and sloths) fit right in, with Baguette complimenting your hidden tigers. I’m working on a Daintree (Australian rainforest) themed living room, which is the local version of tropical jungle themed room, just to make it harder for myself.

That camouflage makes me so happy. I hate filming videos with those outlets in the back but it was the only convenient way to film. The wallpaper makes my whole life now.

Do it! Do it! I am all about wallpaper! It can absolutely change your life. All makeover supplies are here. (BTW, we used about a bottle and a half of starch). You just gotta use a lot, really soak the paper.
