Incredible how easy it looks (when you know what you're doing) If I tried that I'd somehow end up assembling it with only half the parts, lol, good job
Below my saddle is two rubber rings, for the saddle not to hit and damage the paint on the top of the frame?? And the Brompton saddle clamp is absurdly complicated, and heavy, so I soon found an AceOffix clamp with wedges for the adjustment, which is lighter and better functioning! Chinese, Taiwanese and Korean firms have a "Golden Time" supplying a Brompton with better and lighter parts, also from titanium. My 2019 "Superlight" (🤣) stempost is held by a wedge and bolt, and I have changed both bolt and wedge to titanium, as well as the ball cages to ceramic balls (Not for any practical reason, but my own fun!)! As also the crank (Beware of the size, which for absurd reasons seems to change size from year to year!) to a ceramic Crank and all bolts and nuts to find, to titanium, as well as the "stop disc" to a carbon plate and titanium bolt! My front axle and "security parts" (also in the back) are also from titanium! Several parts, nuts and bolts on the brakes are now from titanium and the bolts holding the brakes have also changed, so I couldn't fit my 2019 brakes with the full titanium set I had bought, till I found some new bolts with a proper length for my bike. A Chinese titanium seat post (in more length versions than Bromptons own) is about the price of a Brompton seat post, and still with the built in security (from theft) end, if wanted. And it isn't cheap stuff, but actually solid made with thick walls, also in black, as my "Black Version". Finn. Denmark

lol thanks mate. I’ve got really fast at tearing them down now and might need to time myself.

That’s a whole lot of titanium but wouldn’t expect less from you mate. Hope you’re well.
This is extremely helpful
Would you be able to list the names of the specialist tools you used? I’m UK based also
Will add it to my todo list and try and get a tool list
What are the tools that you use? Thanks!
For which part specifically?
I have a 96 5 gear and the rear calipers will NOT come off, even after removing the bolts etc. Look like its going to the bike shop 😮
Omg… proper seized. Good luck with it
