Thanks man I'm going to get a Sv650s next week and I'm stoked.
Nice video man! Definitely underrated.
Bro you do things so clean... I wish I had more than a carport for my maintenance but hey at least it's getting done. I can just imagine having a garage with everything I need and comfort. Great content man I'll be buying an sv650 after I sell my ninja 250
Fn good video Bro. Thank you !!
Great Video!
You'll have to check the oil level when the bike is back straight on two wheels and after the oil filter has sucked up it's share of oil.
I might add that as good as Mobile1 10w40 is that the SVs run better with Ravenol 15w50 super synthetic V-TWIN oil. Once you've tried it you'll never go back. Better viscosity and takes away the small noises generally associated with V-twin or L-twins as most say. Also best to turn the bikes engine over once old oil is drained and the drain plug is still off. By simply allowing two TDC rotational cycles on each cylinder are you ensured of removing all old oil. I do this on paddock stands to keep any of the bikes I work on upright and in addition actually fill the new filter with oil to the below the perforated baffle plate. This ensures total oil egress of fresh oil on start up. That's my two cents worth as a pedantic mechanical engineer 😂😂✌️
I wish I had a driveway like that, instead I have a 23 degree hill with like 4 feet at the top that's level, with the SV's tiny kickstand it makes for some rather hairy moments.
You wear any leathers when you go out riding?
God the sv without fairings is ugly and the stock exhaust is a shame.
