That is one beautiful truck. I am trying very hard to get one. I do have one question, however, and I would appreciate a clear and straight answer, if possible. I notice in this particular truck, there is a backup camera in the rearview mirror. Is the mirror also an auto-dimming mirror?
I would like to know, because an auto-dimming rearview mirror is the ONE option I would love to have on a bare-bones XL, but I do not want to have to also add things like the alloy wheels or chrome grille/bumpers... I JUST want the auto-dimming rearview mirror, on the base XL trim. Is this possible, and please tell me how. Thank you.

No, it is not available as a factory option on the XL. You would need to go aftermarket.

I wish ford would do away with the window dip on the doors. They have had this styling cue for far to long.

That is the complete opposite of a "styling cue". It is a functional design cue so that you can see the mirrors better. Best in class visibility.

I think that the window dip is an attractive feature on the F-150!
