The biggest negative of XUV400 is NMC battery which is prone to fires. Tata uses safer LFP battery

Atleast you can upgrade the 400 headlights with philips ultinon weather vision. The Nexon's white LED's are very bad in rainy season. The nexon's rear thigh support is worst for long drives due raised floor.

As of now majority of EV sales are happening in Urban regions. Everybody knows how smooth the roads in cities are. If one considers Pune and bangalore the roads are far worse than village roads. Nexon's stiff suspension and tight steering are not at all good for urban ride. The soft suspension on XUV 400 is far better. The XUV400 looks mascular where as Nexon looks curvy and it's rear is damn ugly. Any stiff suspension is good for high speeds. But how many times one will ride the nexon EV in cities even at 80kmphr.
