So if this is the case it is absolutely 100% that the Eko developer is already giving up the original plan in the renders because they are struggling to seek foreign investors. They are now starting to sell each land to those who are willing to buy in Eko Atlantic this is obviously ending up with a mixture of villages and other churches in the future and everything is already messed up.
No serious investors will come to Nigeria. That person much be out of his mind. Lawless Nigeria that takes security for granted. Well educated workforce is nothing to about. Goodluck Eko Atlantic.
The land is available to local and international investors so long as their development is built to our regulatory standards.
