Reduce prices by just 15% and make it up in the back end x 10. The Naira is falling and your losses are mounting every day. Land should be accessible at a minimum of $500K not $1M and then watch and see what happens.

Egypt built a whole new capital city in less than 10 years. Nigeria as the "giant " and all that money is taking an eternity to finalize this project. Even Senegal is close to finish its new city Diamniado. What's wrong with nigeria?

Many private entity have their allocation including the US embassy that will build their biggest embassy in the world in the Atlantic City. How it is built is not your business .

I just want to be honest here my country and Nigeria are the same as developing countries but we were able to build a city on a reclaimed land after 15 years the city has started to operate as such on its initial stage while construction of other infrastructures such as malls,casinos,condos, offices and other infrastructures are still going on. Now its been 20 years and it continues to boom where the 5th largest mall in the world is erected and the biggest Ikea in the world is also found there. Nigeria is known as giant of Africa until now no evidence of accomplishment in building a smart city is seen. They have just more on ads and over hyped promotion but no actual working is going on. Alaro city, centenary city and ocean city are just more on talking without actual realization.
Bcoz it was a money scam in the first place. Nobody will go to that project in a country with no electricity, poor roads, no infrastructure and bandits and terrorists. Even the naira is now in super inflation and ukraine are sending food to nigeria.
A perfect example of when Utopia and reality go in different directions and seldom meet. Sadly EKO Atlantic will remain empty for a long time because the plots are ridiculously overpriced and are not commercially viable for investors to break even let alone make a decent profit
They are not overpriced. Places like that are always expensive. High rise building takes time to build. For the fact that Naira is loosing value, it becomes cheaper for international company to invest.
