Congratulations! You have made history!!!
I will also build quadruple skyscrapers in Eko Atlantic in the nearest future.
So help me God
Watching all the way from Somalia.
It is nice seeing Africa in progress.
Mark my words, my family and I are coming sooner than you expect.
Congratulations sir. You've made history. May the Almighty grant you long life to enjoy the fruit of your labour
Amen! ❤
Looks so beautiful. Congratulations to the people who will live there.
Thank You!
@ekoatlantic if this is supposed to be an international city like Dubai, or NY, why are there walls around the property's and probably electric fence like other places in Nigeria? Is barbed wire next
@@taharka3897 BE quiet, that is a tiny short fence and no barb wire.
In 300 years time remember it’s Nigeria hope they don’t get scammed
It's absolutely magnificent. It's going to be the talk of the town this year end.godbless.
Thank You !
I am very happy for this development.
Congratulations!
How about giving us an idea of how much this structure is? .... I would like to have an idea.......becoming your neighbor is a dream.
The palm Jumeirah has areas for villas.highrises etc.
Congrational my G. God bless. You , Har haar mahadev
Wow
God bless you! More Grace ❤
Congratulations for your courage
Nice edifice, congratulations on being the first to build a villa, remember to plant some trees.
It would be nice if it could be part of regulations. Each home builder on eko Atlantic must plant minimum 4-trees
Good job
So nice 👍
Beautiful home,welldone!
Congratulations sir!
Mr Adebisi first villa in eko Atlantic, i thought i heard some igbos said Yorùbás are poor and the igbos owns all the properties in Lagos...
It's so lovely 👌❤️
❤
Is true that lands in the Yoruba country should be leased out instead of being rented out? This is the par for the course, as being obtained all over the world. Thank you for your primary aesthetic villa in Eko Atlantic, true to the province of the Yoruba Atlantic.
Does anyone know the name of the architect that designed the villa?
We have 5300 SQM land at Eko Atlantic for joint venture.
Our country just reclaimed 300 hectares and in just 10 years it would be filled with buildings such as mall, hotel casino
How much is a plot there?
We have 5300 SQM land at Eko Atlantic for joint venture for an interested developer.
Why do individual allowed to build in Eko Atlantic?
If it was the Middle East countries this thing would’ve been done years ago for people to visit😂😂
Villas will underutilize what has been built, you better make 5 to 10 floors mixed use buildings and create a light rail at least to marina station ... Nigeria is not the poorest country in Africa but clearly doesn't reinvest oil money in its own development, it created the largest population living under poverty line in Africa ( in share as well as in absolute value) ... So much inequality so much wasted potential... These so called leaders need a slap in the face and a reality check ...
@koda Oil accounts for only 9% of Nigeria's economy. The earnings from oil is very small compared to the population and it is not enough to take care of Nigeria's university education need alone. More than 75% of Nigeria's annual national budjet comes from other sources.
@@rotimikayode1072 agree but Nigeria is still richer per capita than many countries that are performing better infrastructure wise
@Koda Many of the countries you are referring to can't compare with Nigeria as per infrastructures. Agreed we don't have enough, but they don't come close.
@@CuriousConnoisseurs Your observation is not correct. This project took longer than was projected and the cost increased from $9billion to $18.5billion. Secondly, refinery is not a very profitable venture. It is going to take at least 10 years before Dangote can recoup his investment. I believe Dangote built this refinery to help Nigeria and not for profit because there is not much profit in it.
@@khodahh How many countries can boast of the amount of infrastructures that Nigeria have. Those countries have few good infrastructures concentrated in few places, but Nigeria has far more good infrastructures scattered all over the country with many bad ones in between. So, the bad ones become the emphasis.
Eko Atlantic was never supposed to have villas. It was a city that was meant to have supertall skyscrapers and meant to be a metropolis to compare with the skyscrapers of dubai and New York. It's getting to almost 20 years now and all that stands is only 3 buildings. Now you want to go from skyscrapers to small villas.
At the beginning of this project I suggested the Nigerian government solves the corruption problem before starting any massive project but nobody listened. Now look at the result.
FYI, the land is almost 90% sold out. Pessimists everywhere.
Eko ATlantic was meant for super tall skyscrapers not villas
Once again Nigerians are confused about this project.
After 20 years of land reclamation from the sea there are only 3 buildings
Meanwhile Dubai had about 100 skyscrapers in just a single year.
This is shameful. It's like a curse!
Nigeria needs the death penalty for corrupt money pocketing politicians all over the country.
The country needs garbage treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, water purification plants, electricity, population and birth control and universal health care system.
So many pessimists on EA matter. God will disappoint all of you. FYI, the land is almost 90% sold out.😂
How can people reclaim Land for skyscraper building and now building villa,😞😞 African don't not have real vision. The is space in Banana Highland for villa na
In that plan of the city there is a place reserve for residental villa the city is not going to be only skyscraper alone. Go and visit plan video then you see it there..
🤫👎 fccoff ☮️
There is a space for Villa in the city. It's part of the masterplan
@@Southernview3k master plan that is taking decades 😂😂all these years and all they have to show for this project is two skyscrapers and a bunch of incomplete buildings and one villa 😂😂pathetic, this is a problem we have in Nigeria we congratulate mediocrity
@@bababababababa6124 you can as well solve the problem by investing your billions in the project and if you don't have the money then you're pathetic as you have said booze
There's absolutely nothing captivating about this.
Exactly, useless project
They want us to jump up and down at one villa?
🤣
Please do not turn EAC into another substandard real estate project with houses that have no greenery or living space around them. We are tired of the tightly squeezed overpriced boxes that have littered Lagos. Try to be different please, or at least take some inspiration from South African real estate developers.
The only thing the candidate of those posting negatives comments here brought when he was a governor of their God forsaken state was an hero beer and they want us to appreciate him with the presidency of the country .JOKERS
Tell your yoruba brother to start buying property there we igbos our not investing any more in Lagos
Incentivize people to come and build... not one offs smh
Eko Atlantic vision is gone.
@Willie Fungo That is the nature of most of people who have some money in Nigeria. They always mess good project up with selfishness.
Imagine the man giving petty reason of quietness for building that substandard villa on that prime estate location .
@@youme1414 Rest. There is a section meant for villas in the plan. The city has 6 districts
@@benji9639 In its master plan it has seven districts and none of them is meant for villas. I don't want useless villas in that place. Jeez!
@@benji9639 we Nigerians have a problem with appreciating mediocrity… we must stop this and be honest with ourselves, he is right Eko Atlantic has no vision and right now is a failed project. Almost 2 decades have passed and there is barely anything to show for this project, let alone the fact that none of the planned developments so far benefit the average Lagosian
@Youme 1414 He is building in the section of the city dedicated to villas. Mind you, Eko Atlantic is bigger than the entire Victoria Island. They planned the place to accommodate both big and small buildings.
Atlantin zoological city.
Emi Lokan project
Shame"later they we start be building face me and face you they are just starting.
There's a space allocated for residential buildings, don't be an idiot.
Eko Atlantic is a joke. 🤣
It's not a joke, it's a city that take up to 300,000 people.
Awka millenium city is coming up strongly in anambra state for those interested DM me or contact millenium city developer
When Lagos becomes a mega city, it would be the first in Africa made by Africans. Africa is looking to you. Hopefully Lagos state Government has plans for Ojuelegba, Mushin and co. Anambra and Soludo are you seeing what your mates are doing?
What are you talking about here, eko Atlantic pop project.
There is Awka Millennium city in Anambra, Eyimba city, Centenary city and several other cities coming up across Nigeria.
@@Southernview3k eyimba city in anambra?
Anambra people love to live in dirty villages no matter how much they have
@@George-zd7mu
Is your village develop more that of Anambra village?
😂Please when can we have atleast 10 of the pearl towers types, so that we slay queens to utilize our iphones?
Slay queen's? Fu👎
