For me L&D is another great pop rock ballad with beautiful SuMetal vocals piercing into our hearts. Love the J-pop sound from 2000 and the nostalgic vibes mixed with the edm sound. The song expresses the duality in everything and the way things are perceived and interpreted differ depending on each person’s point of view._ This was a world premiere at BabyMetal Returns The Other One - Makuhari Messe 2023 setlist, along with "THE LEGEND". Great reaction. This is the official video, so it was filmed at a live show in January last year but the audio is from the studio recording. The live version has a couple of small timing changes and the Kami Band's instrumentals, as well as Su-metal's live vocals, are also that bit more powerful. If you want videos with clips of funny moments, bloopers and so on check Omajination's channel - she has made a lot of great videos like that.🦊
Good one! I love this song, speaks about the duality of a fierce love that also “poisons” the protagonist. She wants to “jump out” and be “taken to oblivion”, but this love is too strong and it won’t leg go. Also, Babymetal bloopers do exist. Plenty of fan cams of: Su’s mic has a tech malfunction on stage, Moa tying her shoe during a brief choreo break, random things thrown onto stage, Anthony looses his drum stick, Moa slipped on stage on tour, Su tossing the Megitsune mask but the wind blows it back and hits Moa, etc. Most well known is Su slipping on stage st the extended outro of Tokyo Dome. Great song. i love the different tones in Su's vocals . As mentioned, this is a studio over live performance, but Light and Darkness at PIA Arena is live and even better . Su does not take a breath for the 3rd rising ahh the 2nd time she does it, and Moa and MoMos backing vocals sounding how they should be now they 3 officially again 😁🤘🏼🦊🤘🏼❤️❤️❤️
