what if the bike does not run and i need to change the oil, is making the tempature hot important?

Spencer kennedy It’s not going to hurt if you change the oil without warming up the engine first. I feel you get a more complete oil change with warm engine oil.

my ninja 250 dies out after 10 mins can it be it needs a carb clean? it's been sitting without a tarp for a year and half

most likely......remove the carbs and clean out the jets, one is idle jet one is main jet but they both got to be good, mid range runs off of both
