One thing you can add to your bike to make things a little better is heated grips. Oxford makes sets that turn off with the bike even though you wire them with the battery, cannot recommend them enough
I have owned several 250 Ninjas over the years. I want another! They are so much fun. 13K rpm all the time! So light and nimble too. I have some Olympia gear and battery heated gloves and that keeps me warm down to freezing anyway. The garage consists of a 650 Ninja, Buell Blast and Eliminator 125 currently :)
Loved my old Ninja 250! I'll relive through you..but imagine warm weather
