Thanks for the feedback! I have a couple different ways to keep me busy during that time! Music, taking breaks when necessary, eating protein packed snacks, I workout 4 times a week so that definitely plays a role also

Hi thanks for reaching out! Your driver leader assignees the truck! You can request but it will all depend on what's available at the time
Hey brotha just ran across your video, I’m 29 based out of California and plan on joining the Schneider team flatbed division with my brother as team drivers. We are taking our CLP the week after Christmas before the new year. What’s the process like to join? Should I contact a recruiter ahead of receiving my CLP to start the ball rolling or wait until after?! Thanks for the help and advice, just subbed my friend 🤙
Hey man thanks for reaching and & that's awesome you and your brother wanna join the schneider team! If yall are definitely interested go ahead and contact a recruiter & start the process! The orientation is 2 weeks unless it's changed from when I started 3 years ago! 1 week in class room simulator/ 1 week on in the yard and in the streets driving! They do a hair follicle test just a heads up! Good luck on yalls CLP test and if & when you talk to a recruiter tell them I sent you driver #1151864 truck #57043 Jessie Green!

Hey man thanks for reaching out! My honest opinion the dedicated routes are fair enough to get experience! You Gotta be patient and show your driver leader that you can do this job

Yoo I got a speeding ticket last year on 6-14-22 it was 26mph or over, do you think that will disqualify me being hired with Schneider? Other than that ticket my records clean, can pass any drug screen & the other two tickets i got were over 3 years ago
Hey thanks for reaching out and I'm not for sure about the ticket don't wanna give you the wrong advice! I would tell you too call and talk to a schneider recruiter & double check
@@Buffalojack_187 I have talked to multiple different recruiters every time I’ve called & I never got an indefinite answer.. I’d hate to risk my job & all then later find out they won’t hire me bc of that ticket.. I’ve done an application ( pre hire ) which got approved & afterwards I did the actual application & once the recruiter called me they didn’t mention anything about that ticket.. she told me I just had to go get my license & my application was good for 12 months so just call them back after I graduated from cdl school
Yea definitely sounds like you've done everything on your end to set yourself up for success! If the recruiter didn't mention definitely can cause you to pause and ask someone else like myself to double check! Man honestly bro I would have to ask around personally and double check but if I were you I would continue to reach out and see from a recruiter or ask to talk to someone hire up to find out specifically

@GBabyLifestyle when do you graduate from CDL school? I would also ask at your cdl school & DMV on the speeding tickets cause you wanna make sure your able to get hired by any company cause all have different requirements!
