I think it was supposed to be the anti chaffing cream. Not the medicated. The antichaffing cream is literally just silicone which is what most primers are made of

Omg no Soph! The Vagasil that is used as a primer is a vagasil branded anti chafing gel, it’s a silicone/dimethicone type product. Not the actual medicated anti fungal cream!
