He still could use seismic sense, won against the strongest firebender at the time while still having the sozin comet buff and learned to use firebending from the dragons)
Dude, Korra had a blue spiritual giant who shot lasers. Korra is too powerful. Her spirit/energy bending is way better than Aang's, except from airbending she's way better bender than Aang. She has been training in combat since a child. Korra is objectively the strongest, and her enemies prove it. Amon and Tarlok, the strongest waterbenders in all history. Unalaq, the dark avatar with the highest spiritual connection and a menace of 10.000 years. The Red Lotus, the strongest criminals, and some of the best benders alive. Kuvira and a whole army with superweapons.
@@Generalkermit1I mean Kora had years of training 3 elements and then learned airbending and sub bending for Idk how much time and Aang had less than 1 years to learn 3 elements so Kora has better experience and time to improve but Aand has more potential
Goofy bald guy ran away from his responsibility while korra masters Earth, Fire and Water even before the white lotus discovered she is the avatar, its time we stop pretending goofy bald boy is better than korra when in reality it's not 😂
1) how does korra get range +1 at along with aang? with aang's speed, agility, and ability to fly, aang surpasses korra's range by far. 2) korra's energy bending is stronger but aang being far faster, his versatility and adaptability, and his stronger defense means he undoubtedly hits korra first. 3) aang beat and outmaneuvered a firebending prodigy without knowing any firebending. 4) aang mastered bending faster than any previous avatar. 5) aang's battle IQ represents tactics and battlefield awareness, korra can be individually stronger all you want, how you utilize skills wins all fights aka Ali vs Foreman. 6) you give korra the stats she needed to win without merit at a time when korra is twice aang's age, meaning you have an extremely biased, woke, simp view and are clearly not fit to handle objective comparisons. 7) your stat points are irrelevant at times. you give korra and aang "+1 range" when the stat clearly goes to aang. you give korra "+1 combat skill, and +1 offense" when they represent the same stat. you giver korra +1 water, earth, fire, and sub-bending but fail to take into account the context of aang's speed, agility, flying, battle IQ, versatility, adaptability, range, and defense countering everything korra can dish out with ease, to say nothing of the combat fatigue korra will suffer due to extremely drawn out fight with aang without landing a single hit. you can want korra to win all your want, she just simply doesn't by any stretch of the imagination or logic. your stat points realistically balance out at 10/10 because korra does not have range over aang, and combat skill and offense are the exact same stat, so korra loses 2 points easy, making them even. considering aang outmaneuvers korra easily, he energy bends korra first eliminating 4 stat points for bending, making final tally 10/6. you don't have to like my analysis, and you can deny it all you want, but these are just facts.
I also think that Aang's skills in earthbending, waterbending, and firebending aren't really appreciated. You should take a look at the scenes when the GAANG attacks the Earth King's palace or the fight in the Underground City: what Aang and Toph show together in terms of earthbending surpasses in creativity and level anything we have seen in Korra, especially from Korra herself. When it comes to waterbending and firebending, Aang is at least on the same level as Korra.
@@OmarAbolabn-bv9nlsaying he is in his prime is saying he was at his most powerful from any point in his entire life at age 12? Like surely he got stronger
Aang isn’t a master of earth bending yet when the main series takes place. Aang had only mastered Air and debatably water when he fought Ozai. Korra on the other hand had mastered Water, Earth & Fire by the time she was learning about Air.
Not true Aang couldn’t take one hit and when he was fighting ozai he hid like a coward while korra was fighting and sacrificing her life for many people even kuvira who tried to end her she still saved her life
@@Che_T321That’s completely different though, Aang hid from Ozai because he didn’t want to kill him, which was the only thing anyone told him to do,even versions of himself, and Korra just thinks fighting is thr solution to everything when it ONLY ends in failure for her.
She's so dumb. No battle iq always rushing into things. Aang is a pacifist. He never lost a battle 1v1 korra always gets her ass handed to her@@chingjeannie
Aang literally lost on book 2 and on book 1 he let the moon spirit died, he was also defeated by ozai, if that rock wasn't there to unblock his chakra he would have been dead
korra doesn't need to know how to bend lightning and aang didn't see the origin of firebending. in fact korra literally saw the origin of firebending and all bending for that matter.
Aang can only redirect lightning, which is useless in this fight. And so what if he saw the origin of firebending? So did Zuko. Does that make him a better firebender than Azula or Ozai? No, Korra gets firebending. This isn't close or debatable.
Yes, Korra has cut off communication with all avatars, future avatars will not be able to communicate with old avatars, because of her. And she learned energy bending from aeng. Korra simply tried to advance in the fight. But Aeng always thought logically and defeated the strongest fire king in the world. Korra made a lot of mistakes. Aeng was a very good avatar, but unfortunately he did not live long.
Yall clearly don’t watch the show. Literally all of Korra’s villains surpassed aang’s villain. Amon alone could wipe out ozai and his father (a weaker bloodbender) almost wiped out aang without the avatar state. Korra was one of two avatars to face off against the literal embodiment of evil
@@WatermelonBandit516 yea you have a point but at the same time, aang defeated ozai when he was only 12 and was on the run with his life in constant danger. Korra was 16 I think and she was fully trained except for air, with a safe home, good teachers, and had time to learn all four elements while aang had little time
@@Httyd_tooth aang was surrounded by masters for 12 years though. Also the only reason aang won was because of the conveniently placed stub in the rock, otherwise he couldn’t go into the avatar state and was gonna be killed. Korra manipulated the spirit laser, showing that she’s better at energy bending than aang, and has better water, earth, and arguably fire feats
If Aang was 21 and Korra was 21, let's be honest here, Aang would definitely wipe the floor with Korra. In the show he had from Winter to Summer of learning how to use the elements. Give him 9 years and he would defo beat Season 4 Korra.
That's not taking into account any possible injures he could've acquired. Because for sure Korra being poisoned definitely set her back. So in conclusion we can't accurately compare
Keep in mind that in the last season, Korra fought Kuvira with a team at about 16-17 years old, and only won because the mech exploded. Aang, a twelve year old, fought Ozai by himself, DURING THE SOZIN'S COMET, and still won. And you could argue that he used the avatar state and whatever, while Korra didn't in the last fight, but Korra was basically just a distraction while mako and bolin blew up the giant robot thing. Aang would win, absolutely.
Yeah..but this argument sucks because it’s an unfair comparison. Aang was pretty much just running and defending against Ozai’s attacks until he accessed the avatar state again. Aang without the avatar state could’ve never won against Ozai especially with Sozin’s comet.
@@WatermelonBandit516um he learned he was the avatar when he was 12 he didn’t learn the other bending till after he was out of the ice. Get your facts straight bud
Korra could not even beat a guy who just got airbending, got bodied by every boss in all four seasons. Even in the avatar state😂. Men lets not joke too much. Korra aint gonna do shit to Aang.
She was severely poisoned by mercury, which can cause damage to the nervous system, brain and cognitive function. And by severe mercury poisoning like korras usually lead to death, even zaheer mentions that in book 4 " that poison should have killed you..."She shouldn't be able to stand while being exposed by such a big amount of poison, not to mention fighting. Zaheer even said " u can't fight me and the poison".It just shows how resilent she is .
it might be strange, but I think Ang’s water bending is better and I think it is clear, that Ang’s skills is much more better, for example, his tricks with air bending or how he made new form of air bending in 12
I mean, korra's avatar state is a drop in a ocean compared to aang's avatar state. Also, all i remember from korra is korra getting kicked in the ass by some not such powerful opponents and all i remember from atla is aang beating the strongest fire bender during comet being only 12. So man, you gotta understand who would beat whom
Korra only has waterbending over aang Air(obvious) Earth(learned from toph how to do seismic sense, which korra never showed to be capable to) Fire(aang learned it from the original last remaining dragons,he and zuko have the strongest firebending because of it[zuko was even the first human to be able to create rainbow flames on his own in the comica])
@@maximfomin1918 Bro, there is difference between seeing and learning. She saw the origin of fire bending yes but she already had fire bending at that time, but sang learnt his fire bending from the dragon which is the purest form of fire. Anyways, this is my thought
This is pretty accurate. I believe it’s pretty widely accepted that Korra would beat Aang without the Avatar State (older, better trained for combat, mastered every element), but with the AS, Aang wins because of his access to past lives.
With AS I think it gets tricky. Aang can talk to his past lives sure, but the AS is all the past avatars focusing their energy into the current avatar. So technically, since Korra is Aang’s successor, her AS would be more powerful. I think it comes down to who has better control of it, which Aang really doesn’t unfortunately. The past avatars took over him completely on several occasions, and he almost killed Ozai because of it. Korra weirdly enough has a lot of control over it, she even uses it to win a game against the airbending kids. Idk, I think it would be a tough match up
@@Ronaee I think in season 1 no one taught Aang how to talk to his past lives, plus Roku was the one that reached out to Aang not Aang reaching out to Roku but for some stupid reason when Aang was in Roku's temple it was Roku everyone saw coming out of the temple and not Aang, there is just a lot of inconsistentcy in the entire show. And don't say Korra is not as spiritual as Aang, Kyoshi was able to sing Kururks love song without having any formal training on her spiritual side, and the same day her master guessed she might be the Avatar and not the other fake Avatar, Kururk literally appears in Kyoshi's dreams. Avatar Studios in general don't obey the concepts of the plot they create they follow it when it's convenient for the story.
@@Ronaee And you can't tell me strong emotions trigger the Avatar State, when Korra broke up with Mako that alone is a strong emotion but it didn't trigger the Avatar state, when Korra was in sync with Raava why didn't Raava at least get a past life to intervene so it can be in control and not Korra, when Korra swore to kill Zaheer she didn't trigger the avatar state it was when she got poisoned that she did. Before Korra got captured by Zaheer she had every opportunity to trigger the avatar state to break herself free from the chain she was in but didn't. They just make Korra so dumb for plot yet the Avatar Studio was just losing views while making their main character stupid. It was so bad that season 4 of Korra was not on Nickelodeon it was on their website 😂. Korra alone is just a hard lesson for people who want to make the next generation of an Anime character. (Avatar is not Anime but you get the point writers should be consistent with their plot and stop having plot holes 🤦🏾♂️)
@jaeda6th Didn't Season 2 of LOK teach you anything it's not about how many past lives you have it's about the size of the Avatar Spirit, Korra had past lives and was in sync with Raava when fighting her Uncle but he won due to the fact the Vattu was bigger and stronger than Raava, her Uncle had no past lives NONE.
@@HADES-b5z você não pode dizer isso, pois Aang foi apenas um muleque de 12 anos na série inteira, adulto ele tava tão poderoso quanto qualquer outro avatar
There is no way Korra has never won a battle by herself it was with someone’s one heath and literally got all her experience destroyed by a water bender and the air benders did a better job about keeping everyone safe then her
There’s a fight with them as cats that depicts why I think aang would win. Since he has more thought and control when he bends the elements where as korra uses more raw power. But great edit
Bullshit. Korra has more skill with the elements. From redirecting Unalaq's water whip, to ripping out the rock wall behind Tarrlok to separate him from his water source, to switching to air when she couldn't overpower Kuvira's defences with fire, to using fire jets to precisely unwind cables binding her legs.
i disagree not because i dont like korra. but for the simple fact that aang and korra are total opposites. aang is calmer and fights while holding back. korra is a hothead and is the type to go at 100% from the beginning. aang for most of atla was only fighting to escape and mind you he always wins and escapes while korra fights to win but still lost majority of the time. aang has more potential to be the most powerful bender of all time. its just his upbringing as a monk is holding that back. if he were to let loose and stop pulling his punches, not even a full power korra can stop him. plus it doesnt help aang that atla only showed his growth for only a year since it was set on winter and he had until summer to master all elements while korra had most of her life training under more talented masters like katara. sure aang had gyatso but his teachers were toph in her young years, zuko in his young years, katara in her young years and very briefly pakku? theyre talented but no where near katara in her later years with all the experience she went through. the environment as well, aang had to spend most of his time on the run while korra had only a few kidnappings here and there but was mostly safe her whole life. idk people still delusional about korra being more powerful and talented than aang but if you really look at everything, aang did helluva lot better than korra given the circumstances he was in. and one more thing, people seem to forget the fact that aang was thrown into an era of war where all the firebenders were trained from birth to be soldiers. aang learnt all the bending in less than a year yet he beat ozai, a man trained to be a soldier who had great teachers throughout his life. you can like that to a 1 year black belt coz aang was nowhere near master status in the other 3 elements fighting a 20 year black belt. ask anyone in martial arts, an elite black belt of 20 years will always wipe the floor with a brown belt or someone who has a black belt for only a year. yet aang, beat ozai. he freaking beat him. he also beat a lot of the firebenders who were trained soldiers. though it just didnt feel like it because the show took a light hearted and comedic approach to the soldiers. but dont forget, for 100 years of war, people are trained to fight early in their lives. thats just different than mere thugs, syndicates, and politicians korra faced. red lotus? nah, they were only 4 of them and they were an exception. kuvira? sure but she's a soldier who grew up in an era of peace. soldiers who grew up in a time of war will always be different. atla honestly did a disservice to firebenders. they were portrayed to be goofs. if they were seriously portrayed, they would beat kuvira's army easily.
Aang is the better because in the last chapter of Kora, Toph told Kora she is really the worst Avatar and also in the air normads, fighting or killing is not their way of life😊
Honestly i would give sub bending to Aang because i think seismic sense is far more useful than metal bending but maybe thats just me also he could redirect lightning idk if that counts as a sub element
No redirecting lighting has nothing to do with sub element neither seismic sense it's just like taking the air out of someone sub element is counted as lava bending which is different from earth and Korra has More sub elements than aang
@@DeeqHassan-uq7fc sure redirecting lightning isnt a sub element, but seismic sense is. Its just like how healing is also a sub element, even tho its still plain water.
Aang has only used SS effectively once in combat. And the technique is useless against someone who can go on an air/water spout. And redirecting lightning is useless in this matchup as well.
Redirecting lightinings are usless agains korra that CANT bend lightnings. Also metal is more versatile than sesmic sense since aang isnt a master and can only use if stay still or concentrate
@@Deinedas an Aang fanboy and someone not delusional I think this is a decent and somewhat accurate representation on how this fight would go in base. I’m just gonna say it. Yeah Aang is losing without the Avatar State I don’t know what you want from us to try and argue this twelve year old hasn’t even mastered all elements avatar is gonna beat Korra who is a fully realized avatar with mastery of all four elements. Do you really think I’m that dumb. Like there are times where Aang wins but like those are rare Korra beats him a good 8/10 times.
It's really cool to see this because 12 year old Aang would already give Korra a hard time, who has always been trained and already knows about being the avatar and is older than him.
This is not accurately right, honestly for starters Aang learned fire bending from the dragons(though he rarely uses it, learnt earthbending from toph(he can sismic sense his surroundings)and is really good at his own primary element (air).if Aang doesn't beat her then it's gonna be a draw(let's not forget this is young Aang we are talking about
aang book 3 last episode: "i need more time to learn fire bending" unlike him, korra went through FULL training each element. he was forced to learn FEW moves in 1 year
@@SI4Y not really when korra was learning air. Bending, she was honestly really rude to Tenzin and she left him for a quick second and he said it himself she didn’t learn real air. Bending, she learned her style of air bending and honestly, I don’t think it took that long for him to learn fire bending it only took him a while to learn earth, but not even nearly as long as korra.
Aang is better than korra in a certain way but Korra was training as a avatar as a child. She had three elements as a kid. She far more experience than him at the same age. Aang had to start late and in one year. to do everything. Aang never gotr the avatar training section as the other avatar did except for the first avatar.
if it’s avatar state then korra’s getting dogwalked even without it, i’m fairly sure aang would win, korra’s entire show is her getting beat up, while aang’s over here taking on the greatest benders in the world at 12 years old
This isn’t accurate at all lmao Aang learned fire bending from the masters, which I don’t even think are around anymore during korras time. Toph taught aang earth bending and she was the best earth bender in history, you can argue korra could metal bend or whatever, but just like every other avatar aang had that ability too just didn’t try hard enough to learn it. However he did learn the seismic ability or wtv. He could see everything without even looking. Clearly aang is the better airbender. I’d give korra waterbending but only cause she was born into it. We have never seen aang go 100% all out on anyone or anything. Even with ozai he didn’t want to hurt nor kill him, when given the opportunity to do so he redirected the lightning elsewhere. Right before he was about to kill him he stopped himself and took his bending away instead. If aang wasn’t a monk and the show wasn’t more of a kids show than anything, he would be a damn force to be reckoned with. Korra on the other hand, is a more mature kids show. Literally has death all over the place💀 we see her time and time again get absolutely destroyed in every fight. She needed help in every fight to win, even against one water bender that also took her bending away. She lost all her connection with the past avatars. Lost to someone who literally just got air bending, and got beat by someone who could only earth bend. You can say she got her ahh kicked from Amon because she was scared, but aang was scared of fighting the fire lord and failing the world, he didn’t get his ahh kicked tho. You could say she wasn’t in the right state of mind against kuvera, but she should have beaten her regardless. And the other two, well they just plain out whooped her. Bare in mind, we are talking about a 12 year old who only had a little under a year to learn 3 other elements and the AS, while korra was already 16 and has been training her whole life. And by the end of the show she was 21, we aren’t even having this argument anymore. Good day.
I asked chat gpt, Aang after restoring peace(still young, similar age as Korra) against Korra in the final episode of the last season, and then another where it is Korra before losing connection With their past lives In both duels the AI concludes that Aang wins.
This is correct. Guys you have to take into consideratiom Korra has been training using 3 out of the 4 bending and by the time she learnt airbending she was already a master of water and Earth. Aang howerver at this point only had mastered air so naturally korra would have more fire power edit: And also even tho aang is older the reason Korra got experience is due to the fact she had more time in terms of training the elements which is the PRIME reaso why she beats aang. Its not that aang is bat at the elements im fact you could say he is more talented than korra since he picked up all of them in less than a day while it took korra almost 17 years to finally learn airbending but nevertheless korra made it up with mastering the other element thanks to the White Lotus
@@Ruslan_Editzjust think about an aang Who had the time to train all of the elements and sub elements he know korra only has a chance in Avatar state and dont tell me hera is stronger yes she has the boost from raava but aang has raava + all of the Avatar before him
Aangs loss is only Bec she had figured out she was the avatar at 4 and already learned 3 elements AT 4 (bad choice of writing) when aang had to spend months trying to master the elements and she had 17 yrs to do that when aang had 4 MONTHS. And if he mastered the avatar state he would of won zero dif
Nah I love Aang but in the Ozai fight it’s mentioned he hasn’t mastered fire bending and earth bending while Korra has already by season 1 so she fed takes those
I completely agree. Without the avatar state korra wins. She’s just naturally stronger than him but when you account for the avatar state, it gives him the advantage. Take it away and she takes the W 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Your brave for posting this. 😂
against these seasons of course. but imagine 21 year old aang against 21 year old korra? most people compare korra in her 20s against aang when he was js 12. aang has so much potential that we did not see. and imagine if he had the same personality as korra? (being hot tempered) gosh that would be a good fight. i think prime aang has a good chance of winning prime korra.
Nah tbh. This is 12 year old aang vs grown ass korra who had years of experience. With this being said I’d say aangs 1 feat of beating Ozai by himself while Ozai had the comet buff AND while not having mastery of the other 3 elements, and only a couple months experience surpasses all of Korea’s boss fight feats. She had her ass kicked by all of them, and they were all single benders. She always needed help. Kora isn’t weak but she definitely can’t hold a candle to aang. 12 year old aang maybe she can break even berally. But maybe even a year or two older aang it’s over for her.
And also korra did unlock spirt bending I think anag did too but the main thing is even tho is is a titan her as is still getting kicked without her teammates 😂😂😂😅😅
At the age of 12, Aang became one of the best avatars of any pole, he literally held the universe, his avatar state only showing horror when entering it
Water: had same teachers katara but Ang def learned more from katara plus kataras master. Air: no discussion Ang Earth: Ang learned from toph, toph said korra was worst than Ang by a long shot. Also toph taught korras master so toph is better. So by default Ang is better. Fire: taught by zuko, who was taught by iroh, who is stronger than firelord ozai and ozai can solo korra even in the avatar state since she doesn’t have all the past avatars like Ang she would just get a buff good enough to hold her own but loose in the end. Ang wins if they were same age easily, Ang wins at 12 and her 18 hard battle. I’m being objective but I hate how weak she actually is. Even though she is older she seemed like the one who needed battle experience. Even showed it in her story. JUST BECAUSE YOU LEARNED A SUB ELEMENT DOESNT MEAN YOURE BETTER AT IT, I could spend my whole life training regular earth bending and never try metal or lava it doesn’t mean I’m not as good.
Let’s not forget the amount of times korra has used fire as if it was her only element air does go to Aang aswell as earth but Fire and Water go to korra korra used fire bending way more than Aang and water I mean come on it’s korras main element
Korra villain are far more powerful than the villain aang face in avatar. Korra knows how to heal using a water bender. Also she made multiple Waterspouts which is water tornadoes easily in the series. She would take down aang. Korra use to battle water bender in tournament. Korra fought more powerful water bending master than Aang did. Korra know fire bending more than aang and beat him. Korra would beat ozai easily. Korra know metal bending and Aang doesn't know metal bender. Korra would beat him in earth bending. You do realize that Toph knew aang after the events in avatar and was working with him for a long time. It unknown the time that she meant that Aang was better than her. Also, I feel as if Korra was damage with the thing Zaheera placed in her body. Another thing kuvira defeated Toph daughter in combat. Aang was grown when he took down Amon father. This talking about aang in avatar last air bender not future aang.
@@Che_T321 she wasn't that adept at water though, even though she was from the Water Tribe. The reason is because of her more aggressive personality which suits fire bending more.
You also got to think that Aang wouldn’t really want to attack Kora since he was raised by the nomads so I think if Aang really showed his offensive capabilities he would destroy Korra
People in the comments saying that Korra doesn't know how to redirect lightning, to be fair she never had a Firebending villain before, so we don't know the outcome of that battle if she does face a Fire/Lightning bender. She just may surprise you, plus she learns quick, didnt she learned spirit transformation in 1 season, or metalbending in just a few episodes?
Also how does korra win she LITTERLY got destroyed Figthing kuvira she's just a normal metal bender even tho she avatar estate and used every element she lost. whattt
at that moment of the series korra still had mercury on her blood, which damaged pretty badly her body and her abilities, until toph helped her to get it all out
She was nerfed bc of the mercury on her's body. Korra have won kuvira when she bring the robot (i almost writed "korea" instead of "korra" wich isnt that funny im AANGry)
@@RagingZach even with the avatar state the mercury was nerfing her, its constantly shown when she is fighting zaheer (and ends up crippled lmao) so, in a nutshell: no avatar state: korra wins mid-high diff with avatar state: aang wins, same diff
My advice to make one of these comparisons, be SPECIFIC about what points you’re giving to the character, so it makes more sense, for example: Aang takes Air bending (since he’s an air nomad and it’s built into him) and Korra takes Water bending (mainly either fire or water since she’s an aggressive fire bender or since she’s from the southern WATER tribe) *Correct me if you want or whatever* *I personally think Korra takes PHYSICAL strength without bending while Aang takes Spiritual strength since again, he’s an air nomad and had his past lives*
Wrong in both statements. S4 Korra would not underestimate her opponent (especially another Airbender after her fight with Zaheer) AND her Metal Bending objectively puts her earthbending above Aang's.
@@Che_T321 When the avatar gets in to avatr state, she gets the bending power of the old avatars and Anng's connection with the spirits is better than Korra.
You forgot firebending which I would give to both, and I would say adaptability and versatility go to Aang as he showed to be a very quick learner and very intelligent compared to Korra, who had a much more difficult time adjusting to unfamiliar things. With those changes that would be a even 13-13
@@owenwoods4130how can you possibly give fire bending to both?? Korra is obviously the superior fire bender. Korra mastered firebending. Aang barely even knew it. Korra uses firebending like half the time she bends in the show
Aang has firebent in combat I think twice. Twice, and thats including the comics. There is no possibel argument you can make in Aangs favor to being even close to her. Adaptability going to the character who fought Azula and Zuko over and over _while training and gaining skills in water and earth_ and he failed to beat them every time? Korra fought such a wide variety of enemies and adapted to them all. *She is a master of all elements and uses them all and they're styles* , which is why whe adapts to any enemy before her. Versatility goes to Korra simply because she has a whole other element she can bend he can't. He's also not superior to Korra in intellect. He struggles greatly to accept things going against what he thinks should be. Hence the whole "kill Ozai" and debacle in the comics where he doesn't want to accept a town become independent.
Korra had recources to work but can somebody say that my man Aang just learned and mastered all elements in 100 year war and with some of the strongest villains like azula and zuku chasing him
And lets be honest Korra has much better feats than aang, has better control over the elements except air, can turn at will in avatar state, defeated way tougher villians, has more sub bending elements, and even the creators admitted she wins against aang
Korra can medal bend better than aang can. The style of earth bending korra has makes her lighter on her feet and more agile when it comes to earthbending vs aangs firm stance thats obsolete in korra series

Thank God, finally justice for Korra, I mean, if you focus on Aang, he was completely dependent on the Avatar state, if you see his fight against Ozai, you will find that all the previous Avatars fought with him

@bushilao yet she got floored by nearly every boss in the animation even in the avatar state... this is not even a competition Aang floors her easily

Aeng was a very good avatar, but unfortunately he did not live long.
ong korra was one of the worst avatars
Yall clearly don’t watch the show. Literally all of Korra’s villains surpassed aang’s villain. Amon alone could wipe out ozai and his father (a weaker bloodbender) almost wiped out aang without the avatar state. Korra was one of two avatars to face off against the literal embodiment of evil

This is pretty accurate. I believe it’s pretty widely accepted that Korra would beat Aang without the Avatar State (older, better trained for combat, mastered every element), but with the AS, Aang wins because of his access to past lives.
Go read my thread of comments then prove the point you just made to me.
@jaeda6th Didn't Season 2 of LOK teach you anything it's not about how many past lives you have it's about the size of the Avatar Spirit, Korra had past lives and was in sync with Raava when fighting her Uncle but he won due to the fact the Vattu was bigger and stronger than Raava, her Uncle had no past lives NONE.

i disagree not because i dont like korra. but for the simple fact that aang and korra are total opposites. aang is calmer and fights while holding back. korra is a hothead and is the type to go at 100% from the beginning.
aang for most of atla was only fighting to escape and mind you he always wins and escapes while korra fights to win but still lost majority of the time.
aang has more potential to be the most powerful bender of all time. its just his upbringing as a monk is holding that back. if he were to let loose and stop pulling his punches, not even a full power korra can stop him.
plus it doesnt help aang that atla only showed his growth for only a year since it was set on winter and he had until summer to master all elements while korra had most of her life training under more talented masters like katara. sure aang had gyatso but his teachers were toph in her young years, zuko in his young years, katara in her young years and very briefly pakku? theyre talented but no where near katara in her later years with all the experience she went through. the environment as well, aang had to spend most of his time on the run while korra had only a few kidnappings here and there but was mostly safe her whole life.
idk people still delusional about korra being more powerful and talented than aang but if you really look at everything, aang did helluva lot better than korra given the circumstances he was in.
and one more thing, people seem to forget the fact that aang was thrown into an era of war where all the firebenders were trained from birth to be soldiers. aang learnt all the bending in less than a year yet he beat ozai, a man trained to be a soldier who had great teachers throughout his life. you can like that to a 1 year black belt coz aang was nowhere near master status in the other 3 elements fighting a 20 year black belt. ask anyone in martial arts, an elite black belt of 20 years will always wipe the floor with a brown belt or someone who has a black belt for only a year. yet aang, beat ozai. he freaking beat him. he also beat a lot of the firebenders who were trained soldiers. though it just didnt feel like it because the show took a light hearted and comedic approach to the soldiers. but dont forget, for 100 years of war, people are trained to fight early in their lives. thats just different than mere thugs, syndicates, and politicians korra faced.
red lotus? nah, they were only 4 of them and they were an exception. kuvira? sure but she's a soldier who grew up in an era of peace. soldiers who grew up in a time of war will always be different. atla honestly did a disservice to firebenders. they were portrayed to be goofs. if they were seriously portrayed, they would beat kuvira's army easily.
"majority of time" she lost all of the 1v1 she was in

Honestly i would give sub bending to Aang because i think seismic sense is far more useful than metal bending but maybe thats just me also he could redirect lightning idk if that counts as a sub element
No redirecting lighting has nothing to do with sub element neither seismic sense it's just like taking the air out of someone sub element is counted as lava bending which is different from earth and Korra has More sub elements than aang

Aang learned fire bending from the masters, which I don’t even think are around anymore during korras time.
Good day.

Korra was beating up zaheer with avatar state and poison in here body easy W for korra with or without avatar state
Same age ang kick korra ass 😅, we compared 12 years old ang againts 21 korra, in the Same age ang no dif. @@Che_T321
But she mostly lost to enemies in or out of the avatar state...
Bro she literally lost to every villain in or out of avatar state LMFAO 😂😂😂
against these seasons of course. but imagine 21 year old aang against 21 year old korra? most people compare korra in her 20s against aang when he was js 12. aang has so much potential that we did not see. and imagine if he had the same personality as korra? (being hot tempered) gosh that would be a good fight. i think prime aang has a good chance of winning prime korra.
WDYM PRETTY GOOD CHANCE AANG WOULD SOLO KORRA AND HER TEAM AVATAR (Mako, Bolin, and the girl I forgot the name of)
Air: no discussion Ang
Earth: Ang learned from toph, toph said korra was worst than Ang by a long shot.
When you mean she was beaten plz explain what caused her defeat and how inevitable it is?
The reason is because of her more aggressive personality which suits fire bending more.
i think its still taken by anng simply due to hin having better Iq & B IQ i would also give him better skills
What is the name of this song?
Song? Please
its called hate you
You also got to think that Aang wouldn’t really want to attack Kora since he was raised by the nomads so I think if Aang really showed his offensive capabilities he would destroy Korra
i totally agree with u man aang will never kill or hurt somebody with permanent wounds
Best fight of all time personally I think it could go either way depending on what each character does
People in the comments saying that Korra doesn't know how to redirect lightning, to be fair she never had a Firebending villain before, so we don't know the outcome of that battle if she does face a Fire/Lightning bender. She just may surprise you, plus she learns quick, didnt she learned spirit transformation in 1 season, or metalbending in just a few episodes?
Aang did learn, hell, invent energy bending, which he used to take away Ozai's bending on his own in 1 episode
@@imaginewagons7479Aang invented Energy bending!?
You must be tripping 😅😅😅😅😅
@@chiedozievictor3748wait who did genuinely asking
Guys no Cap firebending on Aang. He learn it from the fucking dragons, ngl
Also how does korra win she LITTERLY got destroyed Figthing kuvira she's just a normal metal bender even tho she avatar estate and used every element she lost. whattt
at that moment of the series korra still had mercury on her blood, which damaged pretty badly her body and her abilities, until toph helped her to get it all out
@@LOSTROLOSDERENCARREINAN she still lost with the avatar state
She was nerfed bc of the mercury on her's body. Korra have won kuvira when she bring the robot (i almost writed "korea" instead of "korra" wich isnt that funny im AANGry)
@@rafaeunr2358aang was killed and revived.
@@RagingZach even with the avatar state the mercury was nerfing her, its constantly shown when she is fighting zaheer (and ends up crippled lmao)
so, in a nutshell:
no avatar state: korra wins mid-high diff
with avatar state: aang wins, same diff
I like ur vid
Bro Aang literally restored Korras bending💀
Omg you are actually right without anag korra doomed by s2 korra is dead not saying I hate korra btw
Yeah he did
Nice editing...good job👍🏼
Bro Aang claps Korra Aang is a much more skilled bender 💀💀💀
Yes
Tbh anag is the natural gifted avtar cause bro learned everything under a year and at the age of 12
Yeah 😂
@@sweetcupcake2587 he was considered a master at the age of 12 I remember that
My advice to make one of these comparisons, be SPECIFIC about what points you’re giving to the character, so it makes more sense, for example: Aang takes Air bending (since he’s an air nomad and it’s built into him) and Korra takes Water bending (mainly either fire or water since she’s an aggressive fire bender or since she’s from the southern WATER tribe)
*Correct me if you want or whatever*
*I personally think Korra takes PHYSICAL strength without bending while Aang takes Spiritual strength since again, he’s an air nomad and had his past lives*
Young aang really fighting near Korra level with just 1 year experience of 3 elements
Nah Korra is too rash and proud.... She would underestimate Aang and it'll be her loss. Also Aang takes earth bending
That's what I was saying
Wrong in both statements. S4 Korra would not underestimate her opponent (especially another Airbender after her fight with Zaheer) AND her Metal Bending objectively puts her earthbending above Aang's.
She takes blood
@@lincolnbeckett8791metalbending would be based on where they are at if it's all earth then metal ben is useless
@@lincolnbeckett8791he said earthbending, not sub bending. Earth to earth, she loses. No metal around? She loses.

Korra uses firebending like half the time she bends in the show
The only thing I disagree with is battle IQ going to Aang.
Adaptability goes to Aang, korra is so stiff

Ty 😊
Korra had recources to work but can somebody say that my man Aang just learned and mastered all elements in 100 year war and with some of the strongest villains like azula and zuku chasing him
Remember aang could only train for a year and korra had about 14 years of experience
Bro aang is like 180 years old rn he has a lot more expiriance
cap because aang is better with earthbending and he still claps korra at 12 years old.
he isn't better at anything Korra is in top for everything if she is going against aang
Bro just because you know sub elements doesn't mean you better, it isn't like I mAstERd eaRTh bEndINg I AtUomaTIcLlY KnOW MetAL bEndING, metal bending is a very rare skill like lava bending

Everyone writes that Aang is stronger than Cora, but please remember that Aang was young and died because of the reason that Cora decided and plus Cora saved the world from the end of the world
Not ATLA and LOK fans arguring in the comments to say who is the strongest avatar 🥲
No way… Korea was the weakest in season 4 of LOK and Aang was strongest in season 3 of ATLA
Wth is this!Korra lost so many times in HER AVATER STATE! Aang defeated firelord Ozai at 12 YEARS OLD,12 YEARS OLD AND FIRELORD OZAI HAD A HUGE POWER UP THX TO THE COMET
Nahh, Earth bending goes to Aang, bro literally creates a an entire zoo in seconds, follow up by water bending, Aang would even BackBend Korra's a$$
So we just gonna forget how Aang can just take away Korra’s bending???
Yeah he can for sure
adult Aang would destroy Korra without even trying😂
Yes he would 😅
I would say that potential would go to Korra, then I remembered that Aanf is not yet at his peak and still has energy bending
Aang got trained by dragons. How didn't he win fire bending...and in the show, they say the dragons were the first fire bending teachers
The music is perfect
Aang stopped a whole nation and a 100 year war as a 12 year old and Korea just got beat up and cried
Team anng 👇
Me
Aang can use his energy bending and tekeout ( take away) the powers from Korea like he did in comet against fire lord Ozai in last episode
Bro Experience On Korra? Wtf aang has more experience because he is older even without avatar mode and because they put korra in question of offensive whereas aang has more offensive because he is literally The airbender, Korra would have more offense if she was in avatar mode, but as avatar mode doesn't count, Aang wins in these 2 aspects.
Thank God, finally justice for Korra, I mean, if you focus on Aang, he was completely dependent on the Avatar state, if you see his fight against Ozai, you will find that all the previous Avatars fought with him
Not to mention aang defeated an entire nation with multiple assassins coming after him and not knowing any bending other than air at 12
