It has been the same for at least 42 years. I was assaulted by several police officers from 2 forces , but I was charged for assault to cover the state of my body, being bruised and lacerated, photos were taken and a doctor examined me, calling the cops "animals" as I was left deaf in my right ear because a gloved hand punched/slapped across my ear. I was sent to prison for 6 months, but I was given leave to appeal and released on bail. Appeal hearing came 14 months after my release and after 1 1/2 days the case against me was dismissed. Mate corrupt state is an understatement if there ever was one lol a global cabal pulls the strings from the shadows and this virus is bringing their agenda forward at a fast pace indeed.
In a recent prosecution that I was involved in as the defendant, I set out the basics of my defense in letters to the Home Secretary the Director of the Crown Prosecution Service the local Chief Constable my MP and Local Councillor . I did this so there was no possibility that the the corrupt authorities could claim at a later date to be unaware of the details of my case , I also said no thanks when offered a lawyer for free because I knew the lawyer would conduct my case on the business as usual way and not in a way that would put justice or my interests first. I made it obvious from the start that I would do things my way --- that is as a fully paid up member of the AWKWARD SQUAD --- , and not as the authorities usually had things done. I was charged with multiple counts of assault and affray . On the day my case was the first of three to be heard in that court . I was in court at 0930 and left there at about 1730 , with mine being the only case heard ,the other two as far as I know were postponed . The verdict was innocent on ALL charges, this was due in part at least to me telling the authorities from the start in my letters [ sent by recorded delivery ] that I was the victim of a stitch up, and that I was attacked first , which was caught on film .

2 month ago i was riding my bike i was asked by two officers to dismount and walk, which i did as i had already stopped before being asked, within 3 mins i had been arrested searched and handcuffed only to be frog marched down my high street like some common thief, after arriving at the police station i was engaged with one of the officers whilst the other went off to do something? never divulged as to what, i kept telling the officer who remained with me that i was going to have the last laugh as i had commited no crime and that he and his collegue were nothing more than a pair of see you next tuesday. i had become quite angry at this point. The other officer returned some 15 minutes later asking me about my email address and as to where i lived. Then the custody sargeant comes over and tells them to release me, this was after i was told i would be recieving a fine but no paperwork nothing, still i have not heard a peep from them and despite going to the police station 3 weeks later to ask for the details of the officers and the duty / custody sargeants details i was met with a no idea couldnt tell you who was on that day. The police in this nation have some issues and i still have mine from when i was in childrens homes as i was assaulted twice by an officer within a space of 15 minutes. So yes the more of these Shit cops prosecuted and removed from active duty would make a difference for all. As the saying goes one bad apple will taint many more, on the whole the police do a good job but too many bad apples and they need removing.

The actions described make this officer not only sound dangerous but mentally unwell. You'd think they'd want someone like that off the force.
You would think so, but I think that the officer's actions were as a result of his upset at not being accorded due deference by a member of the public. I think Derbyshire Police WANT their officers to expect this deference from the public, but clearly haven't trained their officers on what to do when they don't get it!
Andrew Jacobs well done
