Dude…. I’ve been on the verge of either destroying all parts involved with this, or having a nervous breakdown and just crying lol. Why does every other person that’s made a video on this either have some way different solution, or they tell you to do it like that yet they only say to connect pink and the power antenna wire? You’re the man sir thank you
Dude, you are the best! i was going crazy trying to figure this out, even sent the radio back thinking it was defective. they sent me a new one and when it didn't work I almost cried, i then spent some time on here and found your explanation. worked like a charm! Thanks!!!
Question!! I have it all hooked up correctly, I've done these vehicles before....but I have zero sound from rear door speakers...I've tracked down info that says the "rear seat audio controller" is an issue...How can I bypass it? Front doors have sound, sub has sound, no rear tweeters and no rear doors
Hello, I have a GMC Yukon Denali XL 2005 6.0, I changed the radio for an Android stereo but it doesn't have audio, it looks like it's playing but it doesn't have audio.
Anybody got a response I have the same truck for a customer that I'm trying to replace the radio she has a Bose system I'm trying to hook up the factory radio
It’s the blue(power antenna) and the blue/white (amp/turn on) and the red (12 volt power from ignition which turns the stereo on when you turn the car on) ran together then connect those three to a single wire. Run that single wire (use red if you can since it’s a power wire) to the pink on the harness which is the factory amp.

Thank you. It worked! Connect blue (ant) and red (power from aftermarket harness) together, then connect pink wire ( with extra wire and good to go.
Any idea how to get rid of speaker hiss noise. Does it even when car is off. Same setup as video
Same! I did this and have a static or hissing noise but only when the truck is on.
Worked for my 03 yukon harness looks completely different but pink wire is the amp
Finally what I was looking for Thank you
Did you hook up your blue antenna wire also because that has to be hooked up as well to get sound. Along with the blue amp wire.
We did everything
Any idea how that would work if the amp is fiber optic?
Is this the Bose system? What adapters do I need?
You can also just bypass the factory Bose amp and have sound as well
This is for non bose
Ur so awesome wow it finally worked
I've done this and still no sound, checked the fuse box too. If you see this please help me
How do I hook up my own amp?

I have to put the two reds, two blues and the pink ?
