Yeah I would’ve like to see what happened to Calvin too since he was in the lead. But oh well. I’m sure the coverage will just keep getting better.

Can't help but remember that clip of him being emotional after his loss at Maple Hill last year. Really happy to see him take one down, let alone a major
I can feel the pressure AB felt when he was driving for the fifth time from the same spot and the whole gallery was watching.
Philo and Charlie were awesome on commentary all week including Presidents cup. Philo is always good but he really brought the A game this tourney and was even more on point than usual. Love his breadth of analogies-- from bringing in the Homer Simpson retreating into the bushes meme to calling out a Pikachu hat😂😂
Hopefully Charlie is a mainstay in the booth for the bigger tourneys.

@@weedmanbrandonwhat a bad take😂 AB and kyle Klein will be the future of disc golf. AB is my pick for a world champion within the next 5 years. They are 2 of the top 10 players at an age well below the average. To think they will just disappear is near comedic.

Corey made me tear up. Beautiful. As a viewed, it's so hard to see ALL these good players coming up short. So much talent in MPO.
That AB sequence on the 16th was so brutal to watch. Can't imagine what he must have been going through mentally

It’s sickening, I caddied for AB in two local events and the difference in his composure between bad or good shots/breaks is really significant. I hope the guy can get it figured out soon, he’ll be a killer.
He handles is incredibly well he will win a major one day he has the poise that was just a very tough sequence to go through
Yeah, my heart breaks for AB... that kid has been close too many times. He is young though and I have a feeling he will have a couple of these big wins before too long

I was rooting for Calvin but watching Corey win was great. Kept his cool the whole way.
I was impressed by that too. Had a number of bad breaks that would make other competitors show some frustration but he kept an iron clad face the whole time

One of the most emotional finishing to any tournament, not just this season, but ever. AB on 16 has got to be the saddest fall apart moment ever. Corey with his perfect layup on 18 can solidify that he did it. Ezra pulling through to a top 3! What an insane weekend.
Wow, hole 16 was hard to watch. But actually for these highlights I like seeing the main development between the best players. Including mistakes that lead to the losers route

If you’ve played this game long enough, we’ve all been where AB was in our heads (to a much lesser extent), but that young man had to go through that nightmare with a massive gallery watching every throw and the champ as your caddy? Balls of steel to finish out with some class and congratulate Corey on his well deserved win. Congrats to Ellis all the way, but big respect for AB. So heartbreaking but he’s a monster and he’ll be back.
McBeth caddying for Barela was the passing of the torch moment for Paul. Thanks for the memories!

Was going for eagle to repeat. What a battle back from him after the Double bogey on 3. But what an exciting finish with the leaders changing constantly. Hate to see the blow up from AB, but was an exciting finish none the less. What a gutsy shot on 17 from CE. Congrats on the W
Eagle was done after that terrible double bogey on 18 in round 3, I feel like he threw it away right there, with a 3 stroke swing

What a hard earned, hard fought, and much deserved win for Corey Ellis. I've been so impressed with him since we first started seeing him, and I'm beyond thrilled that he showed the world what a champion he truly is.

Can't believe there's people that enjoy watching Anthony's melt down. He's having a hell of a season and I have faith in him.
I don't love seeing a blowup by anybody; but AB is obviously getting in his head too much on these finishing rounds, especially back nines. A good sports psychologist might do him some good to break this trend.
It's not that they enjoy seeing it, but I personally feel it's important to watch the story unfold from start to finish, the good and the bad. It just shows you "how easy disc golf is" when, in reality, this is the sport. It's not all that easy to be at this level, but even at this level, disaster is that easy to find. The European Open kinda set the bar high on this event.
I hated watching it. I wish he had laid up first.
Lot of people laughs at funny videos where people get hurt too. Are those videos funny? To some those are and some just sees people getting hurt and not finding it funny.
I appreciate the highlights. I think their context would be a lot clearer, if the leader board was contentiously in the corner.

Coreys shot on 17 was the one that did it for him. Trusted it high on hyzer and nailed it.

I'd like to see Paul caddying/mentoring AB more. I think he's the most talented disc golf on tour, he just needs that drive and discipline. McBeth is a perfect mentor for him. If he took it as seriously as McBeth, he'd be nearly unstoppable.

What happened with Mcbeth? I checked the hole scores and Paul shot 7-8-7-8 for the last four holes and is DNF.

The pond on 12, the island on 16, what kind of crazy OB's are these? Was rooting for AB and the chaos on 16 was something I would like never to see again. Please change that rule. Congrats to CE on the major win. Also was great to see PM out there bagging and supporting his team. That must have helped ease the sting of 16 for AB at leasts. Hope PM's shoulder injury is not a big deal and he can continue to play and win more events. The Euro tour has been very enjoyable to watch for someone new to this game. Good luck to all the NA and EU players going forward!

DGLO 2022 was one of the first tournaments I ever watched, and I've been rooting for Corey ever since. Post-game interviewers in any sport are usually pretty sterile and impersonal, so I was not emotionally prepared for Earhart to reach out and touch Corey when Corey started to get really choked up. I am absolutely frickin verklempt
