I feel like I know this course like the back of my hand after countless hours of Disc Golf Valley! 😊
If only it played the same in the game! Love this course
@@DoobieFergusonit can play pretty tough in the game if the wind is up.
Boyka and Yeeeeee play DGV pretty well.
Facts lol
I just started playing. Which course is it in DGV?
This was a great competition, the entire sport of Disc Golf were winners today. Europe is getting so close to winning, next year or the year after they will finally break thru 🏆
Way to go Pablo. That “kid” he was playing against was feeling the pressure
Thanks so much for this video. I didnt know that the President's cup was a thing until now.
Tattar had to carry so much balls today for Europe.
Let’s go, Paul!!
Way to go USA! That was an awesome competition!
Love hearing Philo!
Gonna be huge when Europe gets one!
Go Europe!!🎉
Good watching!!
Dayyum Missy! You looking great in these team USA uniforms! Awesome job to all the pros!
Cringe
How do I watch this disc golf "major" round coverage...without being forced to get DGN?
I think Jomez will have coverage this year.
@@Samy-jn8rk By this year, you mean they'll release it some time this year? lol DGPT gRoWiNg tHe sPuRt again
@@joemam12 yeah I learned that Jomez uploads coverage on DGN first. They will upload to YT on august 8th if i remember correctly.
Crazy not seeing Paige out there
11 TIMES BACK TO BACK LET'S GO
Now do ice hockey USA vs Finland and see how many times u have won us in past 10 years in medal games😏
What a heartbreak in hole 17 for Europe. 😐
Somehow seemed like karma after McBeth's brutal dead center bounce out earlier in the round.
USA USA. Nice job Team!
Zoe and Philo sound great together. Looking forward to the coverage this weekend! Cheers!
Ahere & Ky @11.03
These crowds!
these baskets
Next year!
Jussi is back?????
@8:03 ...Rip
I loved to see that the players in the USA team were the "old" players and not the "new players"! Sure the new players are very good and they will get their time in the spotlight but the old players are the ones that we all have come to know, like and trust.
The players were chose on world rankings at the end of last year
The "old" players are still your best. Only one that should be there is Gannon
Calvin is old?!
@@DoobieFerguson Not old, but he has been on the circuit for a while now. So he has a lot more experience than the newer better players we see on the tour right now.
Robinson was a rookie last year lol
These baskets are hot garbage, so many damn spitouts of perfect putts... Inner chain needs to always be hatched not straight drop, these straight/straight baskets are so damn bad.
gg
The americans should be embarrassed that it was that close
The Europeans should be embarrassed they’ve lost 11 times straight on their own turf.
Why? Europe has some great players and match play always does funny things to even the best players.
@@b12deficient24 USA players ranking MPO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 10
Europe players ranking: 9, 13, 32, 44, 46, 70
That says enough....
@@ludvig7473 It says that Europe has no talent?
@@JTNugget no, it says that america has played it decades longer. Obviously there arent as many pros here when it only started growing the last 10 years
How are the Europeans not better? They should have all of their top pros to select from, where team USA has a number of professionals that don’t make the trip to Europe. And, don’t tell me the tour points, because that doesn’t matter when many Europeans don’t play many DGPT events. Also, in Europe disc golf is less of a joke sport, so athletes are more likely to play. In the US disc golf likely falls around number 20 or greater for popular sports.
In some ways probably since 80% of disc golfers in Europe are from Finland with a population of 5,5 million compared to the 330+ that the US has.
Very few of those 330M have heard of the sport, let alone play. I would imagine about 1M max have ever played, and the vast majority of those are old hippies.
American Genetics>Europeons
The top of USA is stacked, Europe has a lot of great up and coming talent, but they've only had maybe 5~ years of it absolutely booming. Not to mention their best player by a mile to play with/against left for the US a long time ago as well. Lack of absolutely TOP tier competition to help drive and improve them is why.
Who is the top talent you speak of...Simon?
USA!!!
1st🇺🇸
Wow ur first at some no name sport, now do Ice hockey USA vs Finland🥱
@@Jytaani it’s almost like the best players in the world come to the US to play regardless of what country they’re from. But you’re right.. You’re in a no name sport comment section being salty. Good luck with the rest of your life❤️🤫
Ughhhh... Can we please stop calling the circle, the "bullseye" ! It sounds like a yard game or darts.... Its called the circle and there is only one and it has a purpose, no need for a circle two ? You know like when you play a hole and ask the group if it is in or out ? Now its wait inside which circle ? 😅
“Bullseye” is a 3 meter/10 ft circle. Circle 1 is 10 meters. It’s just for stats
@nick1384 I guess my point is, the circle was like the ball golf green. You then had similar stats, GIR and CIR, for their respective sport. Then, when on the green or in the circle, you had putting stats. The bullseye is just silly. It's like putting a circle around a golf hole. It's just not needed for putting stats. Now we have a bullseye and 3 circles ? What kind of carnival game are they making disc golf ?
@@hodlsage8968 Two reasons I like the bullseye (I don't care what its name is): 1. It's a good stat for drives (on par 3's). Driving to within 3 meters is great accuracy and it's nice to know who is doing that best. 2. The bullseye allows you to disregard putts from within 3 meters (too easy) when calculating circle one stats. I don't understand why keeping stats from within 3 meters, within 10 meters, and within 20 meters makes disc golf like a carnival game. It's just stats. The game doesn't change.
@justsomeboyprobablydressed9579 I see your point on stats. However, it seems there is no need for a bullseye to keep those stats. The player makes a 30-foot putt or a 3 foot putt, and the stat is still recorded, it's just like in ball golf. There is no need for other markers on/off the green. To me, it's just goofy sounding, to say inside the bullseye without something called the bullseye like on a dart board. To Each his/her own. Cheers !
@@hodlsage8968it’s not for putting stats, it’s for driving stats like parked percentage
