In order to use this item, I have to have it equipped. Equipping it puts the item on a 30 second cool down before its ability can be used. So this doesn't seem like the amazing item I always thought it would be... what am I missing with regards to the 30 sec cool down?
You're supposed to equip it before you engage in PvP in anticipation of needing to break crowd control. After you've used it, you can swap your main hand/off hand if needed.
I was thinking to get this for my farmruns in Maura but now after i see how much you have to do, its 100% better to not do it. I never could get that gold back that i loose in the moment where i do this quest. Way to long. Holy. Thank you for this Vid.

the problem with the item is u need to have i on for 30 sec before u can actually use it no ?
can you use it while cc-ed in a cheap shot or is its use more akin to engineering reflectors?
