@Brad8261 monster of a car, maybe back In soon as the car is lower than a snakes belly so we need to alter the centre box to give him more road clearance over crappy UK speed humps
I love a slammed motor, always used to drop mine on its arse but now I’m getting more sensible at the ripe age of 40 🤣 can’t be dealing with ripping shit off on speed ramps etc lol look forward to seeing the rework of this one when it comes in
Really nice welds 👍🏻 Stupid question, do the exhaust gases go into one tube in the box, flow through the little holes and the glass packing and into the other tube through the glass packing and little holes and then out? I always thought the exhaust gases just passed through the tube and out, not through the little holes and packing.
You did the exhaust system on my golf r with the previous owner. Full turbo back with res but no back box. How much work would it be to add valves and how much roughly? Love the sound but long drives aren't the easiest 😂
It's quite abit of work to add valves like this video buddy the entire rear end would need redoing maybe even modding the centre section as have to sit everything as far back to the subframe as possible. Shoot me a message on my naw Facebook though as I may have a cheaper and easier valved solution for you!
I wondered how long it will be until some one commented or jumped on the dislike button because of it ha! Remember 3 weeks ago I'd never filmed or edited a video in my life! Give me a few years and they might be semi professional with less F ups!
I wanted a golf r I got a bmw 1 series and I don’t think I could downgrade to a golf after after a bmw and I heard lots of reviews saying vw are not the most reliable of cars and I couldn’t go from a reliable car to something that might let me down when my bmw has not had one issue and is super reliable just like all BMWs are so I couldn’t downgrade to a golf after having a reliable luxury vehicle
Plenty of friendly testers out there willing to put “under tray fitted” on it, best off going speaking to people in enthusiast groups and forums and someone might help out. The alternative is worst case you can just actually fit an under tray that covers the exhaust so they can’t see it. They can’t remove it so they’ll put under tray fitted of course.
Al tell thi what young ladddo .im no welder but what ive seen yours are up there dude 👍👍👍

There's a centre chamber where there is no packing which allows the gasses to pass
@@NAWFABZ Thanks for the reply.
What if the actual set up? Stock cat into the middle box and then a valves back box?
3' decat downpipe, Into 3" cat back with a midbox and valved backbox.

there also dual valved back boxes would they be good for a mk7 gti in combo with same like middle muffler normaly valves open only in the city clossed
The same sort of system could be implemented onto a gti yes

Im looking to do something like this on my car but how do i pass mot with a cat and opf removal. How did this golf owner pass his car
Sorry I don't know the owner personally he's just a customer no idea how he gets around it.

What tailpipe trim u got ?
They’re 7x5 slash cut ovals
As for the actual bumper/diffuser trim this was supplied by the customer
I have a vw Golf mk7 1.4 tsi and would like a custom valved exhaust on it just wondering how much id be looking at?

What’s the prices of the same for the same car?
This was £1700 drive in drive out.
Looks mega that mate smashed it. id love a custom valved back box but their just too much 💰💰💰💰
It is unfortunate that its an expensive job as the outcome is mint.
@@NAWFABZ good work comes with a good price end of day mate top job you did tho mate ill come for it eventually 😂
@@NAWFABZI've got a pfl cupra 290, what is the cost for a drive in/drive out with this exact same catback exhaust setup? TIA
Great job…. New subscriber 👍
Thanks 😍😍😍
What turbo is it
Turbotechnics one I said the exact spec in the video.
banging do a 335d lads
Next time we do one I'll post it 😎
U should've keeped the tips
They sound terrible when they are loud, can’t understand why people do it
Better flow for hard runs, valves shut nice and subtle for daily driving. Thats the whole point in a valved exhaust?
