    Nice brief and good analysis! Hoping to get out the door on Saturday and maybe roll out a little bit for some slight chasing/photography of those SC storms in my neck of the woods but that is TBD. Great one, Nazario!

    I've noticed whenever you're giving the forecast, especially with a severe weather threat. You maintain that serious demeanor and it's more about making sure that people are safe. But whenever you're chasing storms, or simply talking weather what if's and possibilities. The excitement shows 😂. That's the power of weather imo.

    😂... Wow, WxCN! Fastest Meteorologist in the West. You may consider being an Auctioneer as a side hustle! Yet your analysis is crystal clear, and I learn something every time. Great content as usual! Storm came through Upper Tampa Bay around 11pm, but colleagues on the east side toward Brandon got walloped hard. Makes sense, considering Haines City saw heavy weather.

      The caffeine was undoubtedly hitting yesterday morning lol was worried I was speaking far too fast. Yeah it looks like the main MCS from the other night weakened considerably as it moved inland. Way too cool inland to sustain those tops

    We ended up getting almost zilch here in Ocala last night, 0.14" of rain. Whole thing started and was over with in about 5 minutes. I know other places got some gnarly stuff but we dodged it.

    • @WxCenterNazario

      The precursor storms zapped the land of all its heat and helped really stabilize us! That’s why the main line rapidly fell apart as it came inland

    To me it looks like the best shear and cape are not overlapping. The shear appears to be outpacing the best thermodynamics. But things can change. Great analysis.

    • @WxCenterNazario
      @WxCenterNazario  4 месяца назад

      Shear and buoyancy are right overtop one another. Plus you have to remember when looking at a product like SB CAPE on its own, a lot of it is heavily reliant solely on moisture and heat down close to ground level. That’s why I’d gone on to mention mixing layer and most unstable CAPE given we have multiple triggers working thru the pattern. Thanks for watching!

      @@bradrandolph9631 climatology is incredibly underrated! Especially in the newer generations of forecasting. I wish I had the time and the energy to really study up on all the intricate seasonal and continental patterns year to year. I’m a fan of James for sure, been watching his live briefings daily for a while now. Enjoy that he also discusses pattern recognition and starting big picture before narrowing down.
