@@santaras8536 no he said fanboy. Because he was never a real soldier but liked to train with his bodygaurds so he could feel like a soldier without ever being one. So his bodyguard that was a real soldier was saying what he really thought of him.
Chris Pratts falls into the "great actor, bad writers" dilemma a lot. He will be in some real steamers, playing some real forgetful characters, but he plays them well.
I thought he sucked in everything when he was out of shape and doing comedy roles. Now that he's in shape and doing serious roles, i think he found his calling.
This villain was so underwhelming in the best way. So satisfying to see him cower after he built himself up to be a badass. Loudest person in the room mentality

They said this was some kind of right-wing revenge fantasy. Don't really know what that means but critics really don't like Chris Patt for his religious belief.
The only critic I have on this scene is the continuity flaw when the villain yell them to drive, the security yells the front car to go and then enters the car that starts to move out, then Reece activates the explosives and the car that was moving a second ago is now completely stopped. This got into my nerves because this series is so perfect and this scene is the best one of it that I got kind of upset about this error.
Was anyone else freaking out and kept thinking it was going to be like one of those movie clichés? The one where the hero has the villain dead on, and then gets shot or prevented at the last second. It was SO satisfying that didn't occur, and he took him out so easily.

This scene really shows you the difference between a spoiled money man that likes to play soldier during his free time and a real veteran combat specialist. Easily one of the most realistic scenes in all the industry.

That reasearch showed that 4/5 of the mercenaries in the iraq war were former military and that mercenaries also had a significantly higher mortallity rate due to being used as expendable forces (US military doesn't have to report mercenary casualties as their own). take from that information what you will.
I don't know... Alejandro's revenge in Sicario was really brutal and he spoke quite a bit. It was one of the best revenge scenes in cinema history in my opinion.
Jack Carr is the man! You can tell this story sprouted from a former SEAL's mind. This is what revenge must look like when you mess with the wrong guy. Fiction is so great, you can live a revenge fantasy through the pages of a book and if you get the chance it might get edited into a series or a movie.

This show isn't braindead. It's based on a set of books written by a man who actually knows his stuff. This is absolutely plausible.

i love in episode 4 James reece Told navajas "its reecin' time" and took a reece on the floor and dropped him onto that same floor. truly a moment in the show. so epic that i reeced in my pants in front of everyone in the theater
This scene was simply perfection what I really liked was the way they panned through the action, the angles they chose were surprisingly oblique?. It's always tough going through an action sequence close enough to experience the dynamic but not to close everything becomes frenetic eg Michael Mann. Obviously John Wick revolutionised Action sequences with those amazing long takes over multiple set designs simply brilliant. But the Terminal List just balances action so we'll because they never lose sight of the motivation. This is a Man on a Mission it's an intriguing drama, it's a twist filled thriller and it's an incredibly personal story of betrayal, loss, insanity and ultimately redemption. This scene just blends it all perfectly

This is my first time seeing Chris Pratt in a Military Themed Movie, i always see him on Comedic movies and he fits the role as a Special Forces Soldier

When I see Chris Pratt in roles post “Parks and Recreation” I think of Andy for a second or two at first. He definitely didn’t get typecast by that iconic character. Pure badass now. I’m thankful for the memories, Andy Dwire made that show hilarious by himself.
Don't let the metascore fool you. This show is one of the best shows I've seen in a while. Great plot, great acting, lots of action, and doesn't include the hollywood wokeness.
If you all are fans of the show I recommend reading the books. You can even kinda skip the 1st book since this season was based on it. Book 2 and 3 fill you in on the changes made adapting the book. Although I don’t agree with the choices they made because if they go season 2 they will have to make even more changes from the book but I’m sure it’ll be entertaining.
To anyone that enjoyed this series PLEASE READ THE BOOKS. They are excellent and their sales and popularity will only speed up more seasons on the tele.
Great direction in this scene. The Seal experience is intimidating even for the cockiest and most prepared of civilians. That's exactly how it should be.

only a few ep in Jack Ryan and it feels lightweight compared to Terminal List. TL gets right into it and didn't let up until the finale.
Check out "the old man" series. Action and more twists than a Clancy novel.
