This is a really good idea for winter bass in grass. This will put it right down in there in front of them when they are being finicky and I suspect it'll work pretty well. Thanks for the visual with the sink. 👍🇺🇸
Talk about thinking outside the box. Very interesting. It really improves on that first video: I can’t wait to try it in the spring. Such a different presentation from the rate of fall, to the angle going away, to the variety of lures.. Should it be thrown with the current/wind or against? One of your best videos, for sure.
That's an interesting idea there. However Gary Yamamoto came up with it several years ago and called it the "chicken rig" for straight tail worms with the hook towards the bottom and the line coming out the center. Been using that rig for years. Looks interesting on a hula Grub tho 👍
Thanks Bassin. The chicken rig is a bit different because the hook although positioned near the back of the bait it is not in the back. This is what makes it different than a tiny child rig.
You can learn so much from Al Linder yesterday, today and tomorrow. He knew more about fishing 30 years ago than most of us know today. He has always been a huge inspiration to me.
Yes I want to see you rig up the Ika and demo in the tank with the ned weight by the skirt! thank you i love your channel.
Thanks, I will work on it.
Call it the Hula Baby rig. Pretty cool idea. Merry Christmas.

Merry Christmas Den, and Happy New Year
Hey Dave! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Would love to fish with you sometime in the New Year.
How about the Invert Grub. It looks amazing. The sound of the weight hitting a hard bottom is a bonus!
Thanks Blessed One. I like it.
It's like watching a really old al Linder video 😂
