I like the boat slip -- very nice. But am I seeing only a 2-car garage? Can that be right? I would have liked this house better if it sat on a larger lot with plenty of driveway for party guests to park along. This house looks like it is made for parties -- lots of flat hard surfaces for easy clean-up -- but where do the guests park? Do they arrive in a shuttle bus from off-site parking?
It is obvious an expensive and well built house. I just miss some colors. Everything is in shades of grey all the way...but of course, very elegant and exclusive.
