Sugar snap peas are my fav! I’ve never cooked them, only eat them raw with hummus or lite dressing! Salsa is an amazing snack with chips too if you have the portion size on the tortilla chips! Also putting fruit or cucumber in my water really helps making it exciting/ easier to get the suggested amount! You look fab and thanks for the workout moves too- those will be easy to add to my routine!!

Feel like so many other videos promote this lifestyle that's just completely unachievable and unrealistic, but this felt really real. Thanks for being so honest and positive and for mentioning how you don't really take notice of weight... the numbers get me down a lot and to know you're seeing huge changes in your body but not necessarily on the scales is so encouraging

Aw Jamie i just found your videos recently I'm Irish and I find you're super down to earth and relatable! Loved this video re the diet I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease at xmas and had to totally change my diet and exercise and a big thumbs up on the green juice esp its really helped in my recovery and i've shed over 20lb in water weight. due to diet i feel like a different person mentally too i feel more balanced and i do believe in having a treat day at the weekend. thanks for this vid!! x

Currently I went Down frm 170 lbs to 145 by doing it the right way and I awill continue cause I used to hav real bad eating junk food and eating way too much to also going down to 85 lbs. I used to work at Sephora part time and walking around for 20+ hours a week at the job did wonders for me. i ddn't realize until I quit how much it did for me because as soon as I quit, I gained like 15-20 lbs in about 6 months.

Your videos are helping me in so many ways. Great suggestions. I’m working out with a trainer 3x a week and trying to be mindful of eating for health but not super strict. I’m going to do the scrambled eggs idea for lunch since I work at home and I don’t like to eat first thing in the am. Just got a bag of oranges and one thing that I do like in the am is a bit of cottage cheese with berries and a half teaspoon of sliced almonds. Soooooo good! Hi Jamie, I’m the same way with drinking any caffeinated drink. I cut myself off around 3:00 pm. I read an article that caffeine in your blood peaks about one hour after consumption and stays for several hours. It can take up to 10 hours to clear your bloodstream.

I used to work at Sephora part time and walking around for 20+ hours a week at the job did wonders for me. i ddn't realize until I quit how much it did for me because as soon as I quit, I gained like 15-20 lbs in about 6 months.

I’m exactly the same, when I stopped working on my feet and started working behind a computer I put on a load of weight, about 1 1/2 stone! Currently trying to lose the weight, sorting out my food is a big one!

Your videos are helping me in so many ways. Great suggestions. I’m working out with a trainer 3x a week and trying to be mindful of eating for health but not super strict. I’m going to do the scrambled eggs idea for lunch since I work at home and I don’t like to eat first thing in the am. Just got a bag of oranges and one thing that I do like in the am is a bit of cottage cheese with berries and a half teaspoon of sliced almonds. Soooooo good! Really enjoying your videos and can’t wait to try your makeup line. I’m definitely inspired by your makeup looks. Trying your eyebrow trick and looks smashingly gorgeous. Hi Jamie, I’m the same way with drinking any caffeinated drink. I cut myself off around 3:00 pm. I read an article that caffeine in your blood peaks about one hour after consumption and stays for several hours. It can take up to 10 hours to clear your bloodstream.

I'd love a weekly video on your health and fitness. I need some inspiration on meals that aren't low in absolutely everything, but not unhealthy because that's not something I can stick too. I love food and I don't want to live off nothing 😫 also needing a hit of inspiration with workouts and you have a similar body type to me so I feel like our results would be similar. ❤️
