Hi Tim, I’m going to buy these to fly in. Do you think the stirrups will be too painful for my swollen ankle, post Achilles reconstruction? I’ve seen a lot of reviews about the stirrups being too tight
Hey Jade. I don’t have any issues with the stirrups being uncomfortable in any way. As a guy I’m not used to stirrups so it didn’t take me a little while to get used to them. I hope you recover quickly. Have a great day and stay safe!
Yes you can. I have run in these and they did well. They do have stirrups and I know some people found that to be uncomfortable. It took me a little while to get used to them as well. They MCS compression is probably better for workouts though. They have their muscle containment system that helps hold everything in place. Have a great day.
@@RunTall hello tim, i use the MCS ones for reecovery, mcs calf guards and shorts for recovery, it is very tight, u recon power ones are more tight, i feel good recover from msc ones as well , i dont use them during runs, use them post runs
Hey thanks for the question. You could. They are comfortable enough to wear. However, I don't know that it's needed at night when you are lying down. I typically use them after a run for a hour or so. Have a great day and stay safe.
I've been wearing 2XU compression tights and socks for all these years and love them all. Thanks for sharing, Tim!!!
Thanks for sharing your experience with their great Jean. I greatly appreciate it. I'm enjoying them as well. Have a great day.
Thanks. I've just been starting out with them and they are making some sore muscles feel a lot better.
That's awesome. I've been wearing their half tight compression shorts a lot lately. I'm glad they are working well for you! Have a great day.
As always, great detailed review! $120 is steep, but $70 is more realistic.
I agree with you. $120 is a lot of money. Have a great day.

I’ve got a few more 2XU to do and some from Janji. Thanks for watching. Have a great day!
@runtall - what is the size u are wearing.
Ive just done 14 miles cycling . Lying in bed because my legs feel like noodles. I am thinking about recovery tights but dont like the stirrup
They do help. I think pretty much any pair of compression tights would be helpful. Good luck with your recovery. Have a great day and stay safe.
