I just bought an upper and lower chambered in 308. AR-10/AR-308. I ordered a 20-inch 416r stainless steel heavy barrel. And it is absolutely beautiful. I am about 400 rounds into this so far. I've only had it for about a week. And it is very very accurate and the dependability is definitely there. The only thing I did when I got it was thoroughly clean and lubricated and then I sat down working the action for about 20 or 30 minutes and then I cleaned and lubricated it once more and then I took it out. Flawless performer so far.
When y’all get the 6 arc perfected, the machines start production,we want it and of course, ammo used for testing. We love when the recommended ammo is description. Big fan and owner of many 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸.
I thought you guys just used barrel seeds. Just planted them out back, add a little water and sunshine and let the good ole Amish barrel farmers do their thing. 😂🤣😂🤣 Love you guys! 💪💪
Good morning hi there I love your products I have owned quite a few I am currently in the market for a new barrel configuration I like the AR-10 platform but I was wondering if you could make a custom barrel caliber if not can you recommend somebody that can
Glad I purchased a barrel from you guys, definitely gonna order more for more projects. I really appreciate these videos, and the info y'all present about your offerings.
I have purchased 2 BCA uppers in 2022 and am very happy with them both. I presume that they have BCA barrels in them :-) Very glad to support this American company putting out great products at a very reasonable price!!
I would LOVE a tour of your facility. I really like how you inform the public of how everything works. Every question I have called about has been explained simply.
I am satisfied with everything I have bought from Bear Creek. I have two ar 15 uppers that shoot great and are way more accurate than one would expect for the cost. I have a 223 wylde barrel im building now and a ar10 upper I shot one round through that jambed but im sure its just a timing issue that I haven't had time to mess with yet and Bear Creek told me they designed all their firearms to use a carbine spring and buffer and I had put a rifle spring and buffer on it so im not worried one bit because their customer service is great, they always say if im not 100% satisfied with any of their products they will refund and they have never given me a reason to think otherwise. I doubt I will ever buy a barrel from anyone else, no need to, Bear Creek is more accurate than most and the price is much better than most.
I have 9 of your uppers and was wondering if you are going to make the 350 legend 16” and the 6.5 Grendel 20” with the Bear Claw fluting? The other question is are you going to make 350 legend and 6.5 Grendel pistols in rear charging?
I love this comment. Let em know your a repeat 9x customer, then a suggestion for what you want. BCA Definitely listens to there customers. So if they don't offer it, then it's probably already in the making. They drop a new product seems like every month. Go BCA! Yall stay safe and keep shooting 🤙
Awesome products. Would love to see more of these videos. Deff would like to see shorter pistol barrels like 4 to 5 inch area. And some other calibers. I have almost all the AR15 platforms you guys have. 12.7x42 450 458 7.62x39.
Do you guys pressure test or magnetic particle test your barrels? Also as I've bought a couple of your uppers, if y'all offered a shotgun upper receiver for an AR15 lower I'd definitely be interested!
Can you please give some information on Phosphate non chrome lined barrels. Do they wear much quicker, are they prone to rusting? And most importantly is there anything I need to know about maintenance? Thanks
It may be a trade secret but can you answer a question? Are the barrels or the raw material they are made from heat treated with a quench and temper process? Many, if not all, barrels are stress relieved after rifling but I haven’t been able to find the answer regarding hardening and tempering.
@@joecentral-o9984 I’m not looking for ballistics. I’ve got 3 16” 7.62 AR’s. How many barrel lengths do they make in .223/5.56 and all there is in 7.62 is 7.5 or 16. Great video Lamarr!!! For your next video can you machine a 20" 7.62x39 barrel and send it to me along with all the bits to make a complete upper? Made in America is what makes the difference. I am always willing to pay more for made in America parts and accessories.
Bca is actually very cheap compared to the name brands obviously, I own 1 and mine has been just great so far
I own 3 bca guns and havnt had an issue with 1 and they all shoot great with the right ammo all shoot moa
But… it’s not more expensive…

Curious as to how long it takes one of your machines to drill through and rifle a 16" barrel.
they dont answer questions on here, they're too busy making good guns. cya

How do you make the barrel flutes if you don’t mind me asking
Bear Creek Arsenal puts out great products. Today I saw their ARs under $380. There’s an election soon so I may get a few and I suggest you do too
Any plans to start making a 224 Valkyrie barrel?
Right after they make me a French 7.65mm longue
They make, or used too anyway .224 Valkyrie barrels. I have a 22" 416r fluted 224Valk from Bear Creak.
Will you guys be Making a 338 LAPUA 🙏
No plans for that yet, great suggestion though
Bring back 5r rifling .223 barrels, also make an 18" socom profile rifle lenght gas system with 5r.... a LOT of ppl wanting to make a mk12 style rifle
Hey Bear Creek will u please make a 6mm arc upper? It’ll sell really good to the public. I’ll buy one

It would be easier to cut un hear tested material, then heat treat after
@@DANTHETUBEMAN heat treating after detailed machining like rifling leads to warping and would have to be recut anyway.
Nice
You need to make 24" SS in 6.5 Grendel.
