YOU ARE MY HERO!!! I've been struggling, contacting various IT Engineers and NO-ONE could help me. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. It works PERFECTLY ;-)
Pls, I need clarity on some steps: 1. Did you download both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable? 2. If you did, did you install the 64bits versions and then install the 32bits version via cmd? 3. How do I know when the 32-bit version has finished installing in cmd? Thank you for your help
You are my hero! I have been struggling with this issue for a while now and this worked perfectly well. Thank you so very much, please keep uploading such tricks.
First of all, thank you very much for your video! Secondly, I tried this, but in my case I'm getting the same error for the 12.0 version, so I guess that's why this solution didn't work. If any of you eventually are encountering the same issue, please let me know what's the workaround.
i’ve got a problem, when i try to select the destination for the data it always shows the same data that i hv had uploaded. anyone can help? im struggling and new to ssms too
Because there you are not choosing the destination of your data. What you are choosing is the name of your imported data. The destination is choosen by default in your SQL server.
Not sure in what you got stucked. In the step choose a destination you should choose Native client 11.0. If native client doesn't appear, choose Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server. if you mean the next step: "Select source Tables and Views" here you can modify the name that your imported data will have on your SQL database. Normally by default the name is displayed like this: [dbo].[example_name]
@@johnleneriesanroque8156 accessdatabaseengine.exe probably is not the correct name of your file, or you are not in the correct folder that contain the file

Most likely there's a file to table relationship issue like a mistmatch in the number of columns or data types.
It works!!👍
Pretty good, thanks!
