After 2 days of research and finding unhelpful look-a-like answers all referring to Access 2010, this video Solved my issue. I was trying to fix the issue with CardExchange DB and Excel connection. Thanks mate.

the x86 does not work with 64x office. If you're having 64x office you need to install 64x runtime

Hi bro,
For the issue that’s mentioned, on UiPath : go to Tools tab -> Repair Tool for Microsoft Office Interop -> Manually locate the excel installation folder -> generate repair plan
This way it works bro!!
If still an issue, try workbook activities instead of excel activity. There are some issue in excel aaplicatio scope. It does not work sometime.
Not sure, whether he tried the above troubleshooting that’s been suggested. Else he can use the workbook activities.
