I just want to say that the description stating that this is a 2024 T Cross was misleading cause the 2024 T Cross has a facelift and looks a bit different.
Secondly, this is not an R-Line. You could have said it's a Comfortline with an R-line Kit.
Otherwise, it was a great review.

Proper staff, but it's too expensive on that price I'd go with Honda Elevate or cherry tigo 7, both come with sunroof
i have the same.... Tjoo sometimes buying a car because you qualify and excitement we don't check in the long run are u going to enjoy paying it off ....😢 it is expansive... I wish i had made other choices....😢

It's a great car the T cross but with that money I would just go get a decent pre owned GOLF 7.5 GTI .I mean yes I'll be sacrificing a bit of practicality but the Golf 7.5 will be a better value for money ,over R500K for 1L engine is really not PROPER business for me
Hijackings are more for Golf 7.5 GTI than T cross. And insurance of course is more.

What do you think about rentals. I'm a new driver and was looking at getting a decent car for about R35k per 3 months.
I know it sounds dumb but at the moment I don't qualify for car finance and looking at the finance deal for the same car I'd be renting they work out to be the same price.
Please advise. I don't want to commit to contracts I can't maintain but at the same time I don't want to waste money fixing a second hand I got from TheyBuyCars.

P.S the car is a Toyota Urban Cruiser XS for around R9300 p/m insurance is include. Finance deal would be around R6500 p/m and I'd pay around R2300 p/m on Comprehensive insurance as a new driver.

@@katlegokat1542 it thought it was burglary, if someone smashes your car window and grabs your laptop or phone in your car then smash and grab is a form of insurance to protect you from that.
It does offer some protection from smash and grab bcz it holds up the glass. During a smash and grab incident the glass won't shutter all over instead there will be just a hole instead of the whole glass breaking. But it will only just delay the criminals

For the nerds out there, please also mention the type of transmission… e.g the car is powered by a 4 cylinder turbo charged engine driving the front wheels via a dual clutch 7 speed automatic transmission. Something like that 😅😅. But I guess nerds already know that 🤓🤓

Good looking car but over a half a million for a 1.0 litre care that's insane VW. Better options Corolla Cross Urban Cruise Vitara and other Chinese cars that come with whistle and bells.
