This video is really relaxing
Just wanted to say How much I appreciated your content for the fight sticks and buttons. As a newly inspired member of the FGC who has been using a 360 controller for a while now I feel the need to switch to a arcade stick, that being said I just wanted to say thanks for all of this wonderful information you produce for noobs like me who want to actually customize their sticks. Living in a home where a quiet stick is a must, Seeing these videos is giving me a solid feel for what kind of custom pieces I need for my needs. So far I've looked into what kind of buttons and switches I would like but am faltering at buying something like silenced Sanwa stick and buttons.. Haven't looked into stick customization yet but am really hoping to find some helpful advice from your channel. Thanks again for everything you've posted, Much love and respect from a man in Florida, Thank you.
Thanks! I am glad you are enjoying the videos!
With Gamer Finger dead, and Samducksa (Crown) black listed. I'm looking into these for my first custom stick build. Thanks for sharing.
If you mean the SBD 202s then Paradise Arcade currently has them listed on their site. I believe Arcade Shock were the only ones anouncing they were no longer going to carry them after their stock ran/runs out. You might be able to order a handful of odds and ends from them. Right now for certain Paradise Arcade and Focus Attack have Crowns available for North America. Winter storms have slows things down slightly so your best bet might be to try Paradise Arcade at the moment. But all the major North American Arcade/Fightstick online merchants seem to have them in stock [in varying quality with Arcade Shock].
TL/DR Paradise has them listed.
Not if you know where to get them. Getting my gamerfingers in less than two weeks after ordering :)
very interesting buttons. I may get some
Hope paradise arcade gets some of these back in stock soon
Yasochist they will , Paradise rules
this vid is 6 years old. man are you getting more of these in. looking for the DIY and will be millmaxing for hotswap.
I grew up with clicky Happ switches. I'd probably like the brown keyboard switches
have you guys compared these to gamer fingers? or is this just the more affordable option for those who want gamerfinger styled buttons?
Thank you
Have you tried the obs mx blue gateron switch? And if you have, how much does it differ from the regular blue switch?
When will the blue switch's be back in stock?
This seems kinda silly since you don't technically even need to press stock sanwa buttons for them to trigger since they are already stupid sensitive. The only thing that would make it more sensitive is if they triggered by just thinking about them which is what these must do.
I am a huge fan of stock Sanwa buttons (once you add silencers) I have been using them for over a decade. These in my opinion have a much better feel.
One of the reasons I switched from keyboard to a stick was this. Actuation point.
Good point! the actuation point on these is a lot less than a keyboard with cherry swiches.
@medievalsessions they should call those "Professor X" buttons, lol 🤣🤣🤣
I assume these are triggered if a grain of dust finds its way onto your button, or if you take to heavy a breath
That’s what I was doing wrong, you use a little force when pushing down the plunger. I just didn’t want to break it.
Will these switches fit into the button rim/housing that are on my stock Qanba Carbon? I'm new to fighting games and fightsticks.
Im planning on buying the red one but also want it for led, how does the led light work with this?
FYI: im new to this and i am planning to build my own hitbox with such things.
Are new plungers a must need? I thought they were universal. Also can I put this on "imitation" Sanwa buttons?
is there a way to house the plunger and switch without the outside piece? similar to the mpress?
where can i find just the mini boards that are used to connect to the switches? I have Kailh keyboard switches that i wanted to use in my stick but i dont know where to buy the mini boards and wire to connect it into my fight stick
Would these give you any issue if your stick has a brooks board on???
Is there a way to remove the cherry switch from the cap?
What if we wanted this, but a bit less sensitive than stock Sanwa? And maybe clicky?
I MUCH prefer Semitsu buttons over Sanwa. Whats the closest cherry switch to that to try?
Do you have to get new push tabs too? Are there links to what's needed?
Im confused, do you need to change the plunger to use these ?
Hi buddy .I was just wondering if I can put square buttons on a circle button arcade stick
is there ones that are sensitive? stick and buttons?
hy dudde and thanks for this video what is name of that support a small pcb on those switches to put in buttons please
are ya still making them because i went to ya site and it not in stock.
At 7:38 is he pressing the buttons from the lightest to the stiffest buttons?
are there any arcade shops for this stuff in dallas?
Can you replace the switches on the pcb?
so what color do I get
Glad you uploaded this. Thought I was installing them wrong cause the plunger wouldn't seat properly. It's also the reason I even know these buttons exist.
Assuming you work at Paradise Arcade Shop do you guys plan on getting any more MX browns?
I don't work there. I just filmed some content for them years back
What's the closest sound to a mechanical keyboard
Have you ever tried comparing these to the Hayabusa push buttons, the ones with a matted finished and supposedly shorter throw distance?
I have not ever had a chance to try the Hayabusa buttons. If I ever do though I might put up a quick comparison video. I have Juyee Yang, Seimitsu PS14, Stock Sanwas OBSF and these here to test against.
just for reference, what do sanwas and seimitsus usually have for amount of force needed to activate?
I believe 30g for sanwa and 50g for seimitsu's standard ps-14g switch
Yasochist thanks
The white microswitch sounds the least clacky. i just want to confirm it actually is
do the heavier gram ones pop up quicker? do they also feel sturdier? I have a Razer fight stick and the buttons feel flimsy imo. I'm used to American arcades with sturdy buttons and bat tops.
it's hard to say if they pop up quicker, but I do like the feel of the clicky switches better myself.
Can the paradicearcadeshop.com store send product to Mexico?
Will this work with a mad catz te2+? and if so what else do i need to buy so i can install it? (im new to modding so i dont know) thank you
You just need to buy the full button kit from the shop. No soldering or anything required.
Has anyone experienced using these in sanwa denshi action buttons
can u not put mx rgb on the buttons ?
Nice video thx but 1 Question plis tell me which are the quietest and universal ??
Clear
Would these buttons be legal at tournaments? I'm planning on helping my younger build a stick and these buttons would fit what he's looking for the most. I want to make sure he won't get kicked out of a tournament because he's using these buttons.
They are legal at all major tournaments and events.
Do you know where I could get some obs-mx greens? They're sold out on the website in the description. Will they be restocked soon, or are they out of production?
PAS is the only shop that sells these. I would call the shop.
also do they work on 24 mm or just 30mm?
just 30mm
Does this work with Sanwa Screw ins (OBSN) and Seimitsu screw ins? thanks
not sure about the Seimitsu but it does work on Sanwa screw ins
Is possibile connect in a pandora box it?
yes sir!
Wait so do you have to buy a Sanwa switch or can you just buy the housing and use the Cherry MX switches you already have?
Paradise does not sell housings itself, you'll have to purchase full Sanwa buttons and replace their switches.
jeeble Sucks, really. Makes me wish GamerFinger made screw-ins.
ZippetySticks i think the arcadeworlduk sells parts separately
hello, how do I deal w/ Loose buttons? the buttons are pressing themselves because they are pushed from the bottom
make sure they are seated and installed correctly.
Is this paradise arcade shop in mn? I live there and was wondering
yes it is. I do not work there, but the product is from there.
Yo, I live in MN and go there all the time.
so this cherrys work with 30 mm or 24 mm?
These are only for 30mm
Jap Buttons are way too soft/you cant rest your hand on them really. Use the IL/Happ style buttons with .75g cherry switches. Awesome feel and a very audible and satisfying click
it's all a matter of preference.
Happ buttons are too long, though...
You can rest your hand on the Seimitsu buttons, though...
Can i also put silencers?
yeah they make o ring silencers for mechanical keyboard switches. you could use those
@@Fundando thanks for the info!
hi, these are for 24mm or 30mm buttons?
30mm
Do these work in 24mm buttons? (I am trying to build a hitbox) It doesn't say on the website
jesus Christ FINALLLLLLLLLLLY!!!!!!! IF YOU DIDNT DO IT I WAS!!!
so whats better? blue?
I like brown for my keyboard so I think that's what I'm going for. Browns have a short distance to travel to fire and and seem to be really responsive when spammed even when the key isn't pressed all the way down.
30 mm buttons?
yes
Kailh Box Jades. Alls I’m sayin’
How do I remove the switches from the plunger once I've installed them?
Amazing! Also I need song for this.
404 on the link in description. ;-)
meso hungee
Aren't they Illeagal in tournament play???
Not in any major tournament that I have heard of? Does your local ban them?
imagine using optical switches hope next Razer Arcade still will use those switches
Will these work for the hori rap v?
yes
Just buy a mechanical usb numeric keypad
Blue switches tend to have a higher failure rate than other cherry switches
hey can u build one for me ?
Only if you are local to the las vegas area. Otherwise check out foehammer shop or allfighsticks for a complete build.
They should just make the entire button seems like a waste of a good button
