@@hamradionetworking I use a pretty popular blending technique of 60:20:20 ratios with Ethiopian being the 60, the other two are Colombian and Brazilian beans. It fills all the flavor profiles that one would come to expect from a shot of espresso!
@@espressoair Not even close, I'm not going to give you the secret but I'd change out colombia or brazil for El Salvador or Nicaragua. Try it, see how it is.
