If a subordinate (Proctor) is considered a bad apple and his fellow troopers and 2 supervisors were in that text group not calling out Proctor for his text messages, but even "liked" the message then the bad apple really started from the top. For a subordinate to have the temerity to act like that with supervisors means it is a behavior from the top passed down to the subordinates.

Exactly. It’s like Slushy Gate. Two officers were driving around recording themselves throwing slushy drinks on random citizens, then Driving away in unmarked cars. They sent those videos to every other officer in the department who knew about it for 2 years. The only way this came out to the public was because of an unrelated federal investigation

He had to hate her in order to frame her. Made himself hate her, found reasons to, so he could live w/ himself.
Zero tail light was found during the first search of the scene. The scene was NOT secured or protected.
There was tons of evidence that John had been inside Brian Albert's house & not struck by a car - but cops opted not to look for it. Had investigators so much as LOOKED through the Albert residence (basement), and perhaps separated every witness from one another to be interviewed ALONE, a huge puddle of blood would have been found inside. They never looked! They let the witnesses conspire alone together and be interviewed together (within earshot).
They never filmed an interview. There are no signed witness statements. There are NO PIX of the tail light prior to being taken to the Lallyport. They provided crappy video footage with 42 minutes missing.
There was a lead investigator who hated the defendant, disrespected her openly among his colleagues, and objectified her - A lead investigator who cannot be objective, who's a part of a family that has a decades-long friendship with the owner of the home where John's body was found & who never treated any other witness as a potential suspect, despite being told by Karen from day 1 that John was inside the Albert home & had been beaten up by Colin & Brian Albert.
When anyone says there's no evidence that John was inside that house, they must be reminded that there was, actually. Karen told them he was inside the house. Rather than verifying whether he was or wasn't by doing a proper search, cops just decided not to believe her & instead chose to believe the Alberts & McCabes (because of the bias they had from jump).

I don’t trust the Medical Examiner or State Police Detectives, they didn’t do their job when it came to hospital staff beating and killing my mom. Medical Examiner said she was on our side and believed they killed, said she would change ruling if I provided proof my mom had no bruises prior to Sturdy Hospital, we provided proof from a doctor at Sturdy and she still remained neutral just like this case “ UNDETERMINED “ only 1.9% are ruled undetermined and of those 98% are suspected homicides. The DA and State Police didn’t do their job and violated my mother’s rights. We will get justice 3/23/2026 in Superior Court Justice for Carol Smith 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Impossible to have been MV accident. John's injuries were to his Head & Face & arm only. None to his torso or legs, blood stain running down the center of his hooded shirt prove a bloody nose while upright. Laceration on BACK of head, yet he was found FACE UP, Arm puncture lacerations are obviously dog teeth wounds that have no possible motor vehicle-related cause as there was NO human DNA located on the undercarriage of Karen's car. No glass found on the bumper matched John's drinking glass.

@ThatRedhedd everything you wrote is mere speculation on your part. There was no canine DNA found on his body or clothing , Karen took the two women directly to the body even though it was covered in snow, then she ran around telling numerous people that she hit him. This case is so much like the Casey Anthony case, defense trying the case with the public, throwing out accusations and crap against the wall to see what sticks. Karen and turtle boy conspiring by accusing everyone else but not naming anyone. She may get off but she's guilty! You might want to listen to the facts of the case instead of spewing out rumors.

@@jaynepetersen454Nothing like the Casey Anthony case. The fact that the body was found at a home of someone the Trooper personally knew is an automatic recusal from his role in the case.
