Hi Roberta, I've visited Scotland only ones about a week ago. Both me and my wife decided to eventually move there...the decision was made within the first day of our visit. Now we're working towards finding jobs there! It's breath-taking how beautiful Scotland is and the people are just the friendliest and nicest people ever!
New Zealand, cover yours ears, but I totally agree that Scotland is the most beautiful country in the world. Her wild places are astonishing and the sense of belonging to the land is palbable here. Stunning images, beautifully crafted. Thanks.
The Glyders are amazing - so surreal. I loved hiking in Wales. Enjoyed The Glyders and Devil's Kitchen as much as Snowdon. The Cantilever stone's a fun shot.A stunning part of the world!
Well it really Scotland isnt very diverse in terms of landscapes compare it to Canada, Russia or the U.S and it has no chance. Canada for example has places that looks almost identical to the Scottish highlands and the coasts.
@@johonanandrewgomes7593 It is surprisingly diverse for its size. You're comparing it to the largest countries on eath which isn't quoite fair, but you will see more change driving 50 miles in Scotland than in the countries you listed.
Scotland is the only place you could be, compare it to England you will see how many people would prefer Scotland. Scotland has some of the best sights and attractions, and it is just great to see the beautiful highlands, day, night or sunset, the music filling the air, the food, making your mouth water, Scotland is just a great place in my own view as well.

Too late Andy. I already visited Scotland on vacation and came back and told everyone that I know how friendly the Scotts are (and many handsome men too) also how beautiful Scotland is. It reviles Texas in beauty. 😍 Now y'all have to come down here and vacation in Texas. Remember the Alamo! 🌵
If, I`m ever lucky enough to visit the U.S. again, I`ll go much further. I was in Minneapolis / St Paul area in 2015 for a 2 week holiday. Nice friendly people and, the City was exceptionally clean. No Graffiti or, litter on the streets.
We have the perfect Climate in Scotland, its just the Weather that spoils it ! And, as for the Midges, they are our little secret in keeping the English from overstaying their welcome.! BUT, anyone else is always welcome. If you come back again Irma, remember to pack your Brolly - you`ll need it !
I love Texas but Scotland keeps calling me. I've been there once and keep on thinking that I have to return. Scotland keeps calling me, one day she will steal me away from Texas. I know it. It will be me that says "Remember the Alamo". 🌟 🌵

If, your travels to Scotland, take you to the Western Isles ( Isle of Harris, Think of Harris Tweed ) take the service bus to Tarbet and, stay at the Hotel there. From there, you can catch the Bus to Leverburgh but, disembark at Northton and, walk to the only Centre which deals with tracing Ancestry. Best to 1st book an appointment when you arrive at the Airport at Stornoway or, if you`re traveling by Ferry to Tarbet. Good choice of music. I did the same for my clip. ;o) Thanks for the video. I was this summer there for a roadtrip. I totally fell in love with this country!

For a small country, Scotland has everything.Snow capped Mountains, valleys, meadows, hills, Seaports, etc. The Scottish Violinist Nicola Benedetti said she has been to many Counties in the world, but no country is as Beautiful as Scotland. She is probably right. I must ad that my two favorite flags are the Scottish flag and the Swedish flag.
You are a Legend!! I'm 19, Glaswegian & pro Independence.. Similar to yourself & I too will be voting yes to Independence & will proudly help to make Scotland a better place. Respect to you mate!!
I'm an American so I gotta say Don't cry, just Go! I did. I saved my money for two years and I went with my sisters. 2 years of saving, that's how bad I wanted to go. No more crying!
If I could ask God to deliver me any place on earth, it would be to the Highlands of Scotland... I'm drawn to go home to this magical place and commune with the land and spirits of those noble men who gave rise to myself and my family over 700 years ago now... I would give a limb for the privilege of just stepping foot there and seeing her in all her glorious divine beauty... So thankful to God I'm Scottish!
Imagine, you live in Scotland, you wake up at morning, go out in front of your house, and you see this beautiful, green mountains and one big castle !!!
I live there but...I looked out my castle window this March morning and saw all the terraced street covered in 5" of snow! I take pictures/videos of the mountains every fortnight though since we are lucky enough to be within a couple of hours coach trip to great scenery (castles even closer!). Next stop; RUclips!
Sorry my reply seems to have gotten messed a bit. Yes my castle is a mid-terrace house and we had a stack of snow this morning to wake up to! I climb fortnightly, the mountains being an hour or so away so easy to get to. Being retired I have now started to indulge myself in hobbies, the latest fab being RUclips Scottish travel clips. Amateurish but interesting and I am learning so much as I go along! Try having a look. Only two so far. Try our beautiful country some time. You can fly direct to Glasgow or Edinburgh. :)
wwoowww i always love this country in my heart i say this word its the only place i love more than my country its wonderful no words can explain how i love this nature and wild in scotland i swear sometimes i just sit and watch in youtube this amazing places and i have one dream to visited i wish the embassy of scotland they dont complicated the visa and this staff its hurt when u want to go to some place that u love and the only thing stop u is a paper(visa) im only 21 years if i will not visit scotland i wish that i die now ohhhhh godd
@MINGCHINGBOY Well i am 21 years old and i am pro independence. I work hard and try to contribute to making Scotland a good peaceful place to live. I think you are correct in saying some of the younger generation are dumbed down and ned-like, yes thats true, but there are also many young Scots like myself in jobs and studying who are pro independence and want the best for our country. It will be my generation that will vote for independence !
I just hope we get another chance at independence my friend. I'm 44 years old and hope that we get it in my lifetime sooner rather than later. I spent every moment i was awake campaigning in some shape or form and loved every moment of it. The air was electric with excitement, but the day after the vote there was a black cloud over us. I could hardly speak to anyone. Theres still a spark there in me. Im confident we will be successful next time, 2014 was just a grass roots warm up. Take care ✌️🏴
"Farewell to the Highlands, farewell to the North, The birth-place of Valour, the country of Worth; Wherever I wander, wherever I rove, The hills of the Highlands for ever I love. Chorus.-My heart's in the Highlands, my heart is not here, My heart's in the Highlands, a-chasing the deer; Chasing the wild-deer, and following the roe, My heart's in the Highlands, wherever I go. Farewell to the mountains, high-cover'd with snow, Farewell to the straths and green vallies below; Farewell to the forests and wild-hanging woods, Farewell to the torrents and loud-pouring floods. My heart's in the Highlands, &c." That just about sums up what I feel..........
eh was wrong wi ye Scots? Still cannae get along. what brought the land to the bloody English in the first place! I am grand daughter of a Scottish family. This is a beautiful video of a beautiful Nation. Cannae wait to move back. Am proud to be a Scot.

I want to visit Scotland and not travel like a tourist but discover where the essence of the Scottish people go and see the beauty untethered. Any suggestions welcome
Calm down, most people will say their country is the best, there's no harm in it. However, I have motorcycled across many countries covering 4 continents and Scotland is home to some of my finest images and memories. I wouldn't hesitate to name it ONE of the most beautiful countries. Scots are very patriotic and have good reason to be.
Agreed. We have tall hills and majestic mountains in Nepal. Sunrise and sunset views on Flatlands of Terai are something to behold but something in Scotland calls me there. Maybe it is the rolling hills and green pastures I really can't put my finger on it. I really want to visit this beautiful country, and I will, once I have enough money.
The Scots and Scotland have a huge piece of my heart.

I'm an American so I gotta say Don't cry, just Go! I did. I saved my money for two years and I went with my sisters. 2 years of saving, that's how bad I wanted to go. No more crying!
thousand like from me ... beautiful video and sensational music 💙💙
Scotland is indeed the most beautiful country in the world!
Is it a country?
Amazing video! Love it! Well done!
Patrick Cummins brother u can be sure of one thing it is spiritual the very air consoles the soul. Peace bro
Im looking to move to scotland (inverness) from south of england around april/may time, cant wait to get there after watching this video :)
Abcdefg123456937 Inverness is full of Spaniards these days!
Terry McGeary are you going to upload videos/pictures on youtube ?? That would be awesome!
Terry McGeary I will definitly visit Scotland. I will check your videos too.
Disney life ^^
Thank you for your kind words. I wouldn't live anywhere else, Scotland is my home & I'm proud to be Scottish. :)

I hope one day I will be able to achieve this dream of mine.
aah i hope i can go to scotland one day, everything beautiful I've ever imagined fits right there with the landscape :D
The short tune from Braveheart, in around the middle of this video, fucking love that! Would be great if it was longer!
Wow what a beauitfull country real so beauitfull.....i like it....
I love that music!
Simply beautiful.
Going to Scotland next month and cannot wait!
nice music...
"Farewell to the Highlands, farewell to the North,
The birth-place of Valour, the country of Worth;
Wherever I wander, wherever I rove,
The hills of the Highlands for ever I love.
Chorus.-My heart's in the Highlands, my heart is not here,
My heart's in the Highlands, a-chasing the deer;
Chasing the wild-deer, and following the roe,
My heart's in the Highlands, wherever I go.
Farewell to the mountains, high-cover'd with snow,
Farewell to the straths and green vallies below;
Farewell to the forests and wild-hanging woods,
Farewell to the torrents and loud-pouring floods.
My heart's in the Highlands, &c." That just about sums up what I feel..........
Scotland forever 🏴❤️✌️

I want to visit Scotland and not travel like a tourist but discover where the essence of the Scottish people go and see the beauty untethered. Any suggestions welcome
BRILLIANT ☺
Calm down, most people will say their country is the best, there's no harm in it.
However, I have motorcycled across many countries covering 4 continents and Scotland is home to some of my finest images and memories. I wouldn't hesitate to name it ONE of the most beautiful countries.
Scots are very patriotic and have good reason to be.
wunderbar - wonderful
I LOVE IT.
William Wallace says: Great video and music. Thanks!
love the video! whats the first song called?
Beautiful
I love Scotland because my country Nepal is same as Scotland.
I'm from Scotland tho your countries mointains are outstanding
As a Scot my heart fills with pride. That’s why I will never stop fighting for our freedom. Alba gu Barth 🏴
I've been to 10 countries in my life, and I consider Scotland to be the best of all
