Theory: Charles and Bethany were the children of Jessica DiLaurentis’ sister and Scott Montgomery. Charles tortures the Alison and the Liars, because he thinks they killed his sister - what may or may not be true. The day at the apple farm, Jessica’s sister was filming her son Charles and her nephew Jason apple picking, while Jessica was holding her newborn daughter - Jessica’s niece. Hence why she wanted Bethany to call her aunt Jessie. When she asks one boy’s to say his sister good-night, Charles, who will later change his name to Wren Kingston, kisses her on the head. The other boy, Jason, only patts Bethany’s head, because he’s not her brother. Charles isn’t a real DiLaurentis, but he fantasizes about being one of them. He is Alison’s and Jason’s cousin, as well as Aria’s and Mike's (that's why they're not dead yet, lol).

I think she finds out in S7 that will shock her I think he's going to drop his British accent in S7 and admit who he really is

okay, they do resemble heir parents though and why would wren AKA Charles have an affair with Melissa and Spence?
+Mrs.Swayze You're forgetting only Jason is Melissa's and Spencer's half-brother, not his siblings. If Wren was Charles, there would be nothing wrong with him making out with Melissa or Spencer.
