Lan cable cross cable hai. Iska meaning yeh hai ki wire ke dono connector rx and tx ke hisaab se honge. Kya yeh baat sahi hai

It does not work because the cable doesn't have eArc or Arc. I'm sure that's the problem, but then again the video signal is going threw so I'm not too sure but this is your best bet

What I should do if I want to connect an NVR to a monitor which is 200 metres away?
NVR should have networking with web interface function which is cheapest possible way to connect.
1. Through internet.
You can connect NVR to the router and expose it to the internet. Easiest setting is set DMZ with your NVR IP address.
You need secure your NVR by giving it a secure password. Then you can connect to the NVR from smart phone or pc from anywhere across the earth.
2. Through LAN connection.
CAT5/6 cable max length is 100 Meter. For more than that, you need to use CAT5/6 to Fibre Optics converter and run it over Fibre Optics wire.
