When I did this video I used the ender 5 plus. Since recording the video i've been using the x1 carbon. All the pieces fit on it. I was even able to arrange to get up to 104% scale. It was a very tight fit, but it did work. Bambu can also print that texture so much faster with no quality loss. Lots of people had issues with cura crashing for this. I did too. I would suggest using a different slicer like Bambu or prusa if thats the case. It's been slicing great in bambu. I'm also no longer doing the eyes on a resin printer. They print with such good quality on the x1 carbon, I don't need to anymore.
    **Original Post Below ***
This Deadpool file from Do3d.com has an amazing fabric texture, magnetic slots and swappable eyes that portray different emotions.

Just finished printing on an Ankermake and here are some thoughts: 1) printed at 103% and still too ight. Probably need to slice it at 105% to fit my head and might ruin the seamless main face plate. 2) Since it's tight, any slight movement would separate the magnets and plates. Some magnet slots are too deep and couldn't attract/attach in place. Ended up gluing velco in between the magnets to hold the entire helmet in place. 3) many zits on the side plates (Filament sucks compared to resin) and I might have to do some careful sanding and eventually repaint, which defeats the purpose of the textured outer walls and colored filaments. Lots of failed prints and more $ than I anticipated. Overall, very great project overall. Well worth the money for the file.

So that’s the tricky part. I do have a bit of a swirl on the top of mine. I found the best way to get the fabric texture to print, is to have everything as vertical as possible. I didn’t want to sacrifice the front so I took the hit on the top. Close up you can notice, but it still looks great from a normal person to person perspective. I had my chin close to the build plate. That’s the other part that had some rough spots. I printed pretty slow too, that gave me better results. Hope that helps, good luck!
