@@nmg389 that's the trick.. this medicine doesn't work alone.. it has been initial activation reaction which feels like increased anxiety.. atleast low dose clonazepam or propranolol should be given depending on patients cardiovascular status and comorbid symptoms.. regular physicians won't know this..
