- A couple clips of the best sounding e46 m3 imo. I hope you guys enjoy and sorry about the lousy shifting, I really need new tires. Please like, subscribe, and stay tuned for more m3 videos and a new weekend car I'm buying!
This sounds almost as good as a s85 ;)! Beautiful setup I need this
Appreciate it! Sounds better in person :)
This is a perfect setup I love the sound of straight pipe but I cannot stand the drone enough to ever wanna do it. This setup is perfect
Wow. Sounds better than straight
That sounds amazing bro!
Damn, man your video just answered my long time question of just doing headers and section 3 status gruppe. Hows the sczra muffler, was planning on geting their other section 3 and their headers
I can't say much about the SGT muffler, but their SGT SCZA system is fantastic. It wasn't as loud at first but once it got broke in damn it sounds great. AP or SGT headers and the scza muffler is the way to go
This is exactly the sound I've been looking for! I almost bought Megan Racing exhaust section 3, but hate the way it sags down when looking at it. I desire to have the SGT SCZA section 3 muffler, but the price is spendy (over double the cost of the Megan). You just sold me with your video. Thank you for posting!! Time to save up a bit more.
Is this the version 1 or version 2 SGT Scorza exhaust section 3?
I too was looking at the Megan racing system but hated the sagging tips. This the the SGT SCZA system paired with the Catless headers. It's pretty expensive but makes for an awesome sound man
There is only one version scza, their other exhaust system the "v1" SGT section three which is actually their own exhaust. The SCZA was a design they took from the original Scorza mufflers that were discontinued
***** Gotcha. I'm always confused at the videos posted on RUclips, when someone installed the SCZA exhaust, because Status Gruppe doesn't really specify/explain well that they have their own designed SGT exhaust, and the other one they sell is the actual SCRZA exhaust, since they bought out SCZA. Thank you for clarifying.
I live in San Diego (SD), and Status Gruppe is actually located here. I have their CSL bumper, and coilovers already. I know their products are legit, so now its time to just bite the bullet, and spend a little more money on their SCZA exhaust, knowing that I won't get bored of it in the future. As for getting the catless headers, I really really want to, but being in CA, I have to smog my E46 M3 every 2 years, and since the OEM headers have the cats integrated in them, if I got the catless headers, I wouldn't be able to pass smog, and wouldn't be able to register my car. Even with aftermarket cats in section 1, they won't pass smog here. Its lame. Instead, the plan is to get section 3 SCZA exhaust, and section 1 resonated eliminator from Status Gruppe. That's what mike from Status Gruppe recommended. What do you think?
No cats section 1 ? And section 2 stock ?
Yes, Catless headers, stock sect 1 & 2, SGT scza muffler
Bahama Bros tune?
Mean sound
Are you in LA area? I'd love to hear it in person. Just pulled the trigger on SGT SCZA + Headers, gotta wait 8 weeks now.
Naa DFW area, the video doesn't do it justice
+Bahama Bros hey I am in the dfw area and I have my m3 e46 and would love to hear the car in person. Email me at hamzamalik857@gmail.com. Looking forward to see yours
So so you like it better than the straight pipes ?
Yes for sure
Does this exhaust drone a little bit?
Not even in the slightest
What's the exact set up? Buying e46 m3 soon and I still haven't figured out what to do with my exhaust but Rn this is my favourite so let me know what this is exactly
Agency power v2 Catless headers, stock section 1, stock section 2, status gruppe SCZA muffler
+Bahama Bros thank you!
El Diablo sounds better
I do really like the el Diablo system but the sound is very identical to this one and it has drone so that's a turn off
