Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the travel bug! We started “travel hacking” and taking more trips together and finally decided we wanted to travel for one year. After 2 years of saving $ and travel hacking over 2 million miles and points, we sold our cars and apartment and left home January 10, 2016. We started this RUclips channel to share our experiences with friends and family, then decided we really liked vlogging and traveling. So we extended our 1 year trip to THREE years :) Now we have a goal of traveling to 100 countries before 2020! We are incredibly thankful to do something we love every day. :)

I so admire your open loving regard for cultures and people. I have mentioned before how much I appreciate Kara's pure enjoyment and wonder about the simplest things and how both of you seem to understand the privilege it is to be able to experience the beauty of travel (ha! as well as the nuttiness and exhausting exasperation of it!). These are some of the reasons we all supported Kara and Nate in the Shorty Awards! Love Upon Love!!!

+manoj singh Westerners have been wiping their butts for quite some time now, without any serious health consequences. It might not be as unhygienic as we Asians would like to think.
Besides personal hygiene and public sanitation have very different contexts. You cannot bring up personal hygiene in the context of public sanitation. He is not talking about butt cleaning rituals or eating habits. He is talking about something which has an international standard to it, which all countries should strive to conform to. In case you didn't know, countries are ranked on the basis of their prevalent sanitary conditions, and India ranks pretty low on that list.

Nate you just got the whole concept of water coming to your face in the train wrong..wait i will explain it to you..what really happens is in the morning water dew drops are collected over the train(early morning everywhere in the world dew drops gets collected for eg..go to your garden and check the leaves..i mean thats natural)..so when the train moves the remaining water that was collected naturally over the trains doesn't evaporate fast and therefore as the train moves you start experiencing drizzles all over your face..thats definitely not the toilet water..chill man.. :)

The moist drops are not from toilet flushing down but from windows. When people sitting on window seat spit/ throw water out of window, it comes onto the near by open door. Spitting / throwing water out of window is very common on Indian trains.

Just finished ALL the videos. This channel has become my favorite travel vlog! I really hope you go viral again and get a million subs by your 100th country to keep you traveling. Unlike other vlogs, this one gives you a real sense of what traveling to these countries is like, especially seeing everything go wrong. This vlog has really informed me on what countries to visit. All your suffering has shown me that India is probably not the best country to travel to. Thanks for your sacrifice!
The one thing I would like to see more of are the lounge bathrooms. I know that is hard to do to get nobody in there for a vid, and most blogs don't cover it for that reason, but when you've been on a flight for 8 hours or waiting at the airport for longer, it's nice to know what lounge to go to for a bathroom. It's really my #1 reason to enter a lounge.
Thanks for such a wonderful, high quality vlog and look forward to all the future videos!
Also, I recommend going back to your beginning videos because I think 1 was removed and 1 had no sound. So reuploading those 2 would be great. Sorry I don't remember which one's.

Its actually not only luck. Thanks to the nice n intelligent algorithm of Indian Railways for First ACs. It does not allocate seats before with a goal to allocate most passengers on a ticket in one compartment. As you booked tickets for two people, you got the compartment for two people. 2. I love how coffee addict you are because I myself is a coffee enthusiast. ☕

I'm less worried u guys are a pro now cities r getting better, just a lot worried for ur health n I feel bad as in India there r so many home remedies for ur sickness but u guys not in any home 🙈
If u go to Kerala do try Ayurvedic something like meds, consulting, oil treatments or spas.. it's a tourist place so they know what to do with u mostly.
Please do go to north east India too ull be happy to see how much variety is there in India places look different, ppl look different, they talk different weathers different.
