This is continuing to be a great introduction to Jane Austen by listening to your narration and commentary of Pride and Prejudice. It is much appreciated.
I'm so loving this reading, thanks so much for it. I was surprised last chapter that the ball was to be held on a Tuesday. I guess none of the main characters really have jobs so I suppose the day of the week doesn't really matter? Was it common to have balls on schoolnights?
Steve, enjoy your careful reading of P&P, it brings great focus to the nuances of the novel. It's interesting how JA has some of her offish characters with letter W: Mr. Wickham and WIlloughby from S&S.
