Las Vegas is literally in the middle of nowhere. Hard to believe it's only a 5 hour drive by car to Los Angeles, Hollywood and the Pacific Ocean.

I’ve noticed that you have a much better view of the wing if you’re near the middle or back of the plane than in the front considering that the wings are sweptback.
