They do dominate the olympics but that team is made up of NBA players from different teams. When a NBA team wins the NBA finals it’s only against teams in the US making them National Champions not International/World Champs. I think people misunderstood Noah but I totally get what he’s saying.
@@JTheUltra my opinion on noah's statement for me meant that to be called world champion it either has to be a COUNTRY V. COUNTRY or one man v. anyone that challenges him. The people outside the U.S. take it as disrespect when the U.S. has been playing far longer than every country and they haven't played yet even though we know obviously the U.S. takes it home easily. But it's better to give a country their respect and play them rather than giving off the impression that other countries are not even worth their time(which is kinda true). one last thing is when the nuggets won the championship it wouldn't make sense for to name them world champs when they have two people not from the U.S.( or 3 i cant remember)
