I grew up in environments filled with narcissistic personalities, they are not one size fits all, fall on a spectrum of presentations, and can be difficult to clock without a deeper understanding of what narcissism truly is. Noah Lyles is an extremely talented athlete. Although he might threaten the world record in the 200 one day, his best mark in the 100 is less than stellar. But times don't matter much if you are the first across the line. I'm sure he has a few more good years ahead of him. Regardless, I've always found his demeanor to be rather obnoxious. Although I can't call myself a fan, I wish him well.
